Really good I was in and out with in no time ..happy over all. Fix jeep recall on air bag. There for hour they were friendly 🙂
Save your time and go to this dealership first! They treated us fair from the start, no games. Great experience from the first call all the way through finance. Ask for Cruz, he is knowledable, friendly and fair. I would give 10 stars if I could! A+
Terrible experience at this location. One of the managers was extremely rude. He asked me to wait at the waiting area to show me the purchase documents for a car bought the day before. Then, about an hour later I went to ask what was going on. He was very relaxe on his chair and acted as if he didn't know I was still waiting, as he sent the sales man to let me know the office was closed. When asked the manager I was still waiting to see the paperwork, he said: "Come back on Monday if you want to see the papers you signed, you are an adult and you should know what you signed". My daughter didn't get her car plates either that day, now every time she calls to ask for it, they add one more week to the arrival date.
If you want to have a positive experience when you purchase a car, do not go to this dealer.
I went to this dealership with the hopes of getting into a new Cherokee. The sales rep I worked with started off strong and truly seemed like he was willing to help me. After the first interaction, there was zero follow up. Even after I called the office and found out no one had seen the rep I was working with in a few days, the manager couldn’t even give me an update. He just brushed me off and said the rep would give me a call next business day. I would have understood if someone just said financing didn’t go through, but for them to be non responsive I believe is unacceptable.
Worst customer service and sales management ever!! Worst experience ever!! What kind of dealership won't take deposits on cars?? So don't even think about buying from out of town or state. The manager Jason is the worst car lot manager by far!! How do you keep communication with an out of state customer for a whole week then sell the car to someone else on the same day you have agreed to come look at it. I drove 4 hours for nothing and after all of that not even a sincere apology, and the manager won't show his face and hides in the back cause he knows he messed up big!! I don't recommend this dealership at all!! Stay away!!
I would like to thank Elgin Chrysler for my recent purchase! Absolutely LOVE my new "used" Ford Explorer and especially loved the price!
A special thank you to Chad and Anthony for your effecient service and I would HIGHLY recommend Paul McClenaghan as your salesman for YOUR next New OR Used vehicle purchase! He went out of his way to accommodate my crazy schedule and had everything ready and waiting for me to drive off the lot in a matter of 15 minutes!
Just purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude from Elgin CDJR, and it was a very positive experience. Natividad Cruz got me a great deal on the car, and Dean Edwards took care of all the financials. I would highly recommend working Cruz, Dean, and the folks over at Elgin CDJR
Jeep Patriot is one of the biggest scams I had in my life. The vehicle is not capable of climbing 4" obstacle backwards (reversing). I am really shocked and disappointed even that a toy car may be able to do what Patriot can not. My Advise DO NOT BUY JEEP PATRIOT AT ALL. Very weak car in addition to low gas mileage comparing to same car category.
My name is "Fares Said" and I have been to the dealership for this problem but no solution!
We worked with Javier and he was awesome this was the second time working with him and have nothing but the best to say about him he explained everything and all the team went above and beyond to get me into my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. If anyone is looking for a car definitely give them a chance to earn your business. I've had family who have bought from them in the past and have been pleased.
I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, not even someone I did not like. I drove down from Madison, Wis., called in the morning to ask what my payment options were, and was told I could pay with a check or credit card. Showed up and was told no credit card. Then, when we started reviewing the paperwork they added $1000 for a interior protection plan that they tried to explain was normal for Illinois dealerships. Then tried to charge me $400 for title and registration, and said I would received the difference in the mail if it did not cost that much. I asked if they had a no questions asked 3 day return if I took it to a local auto shop and he found something major wrong with the vehicle and they said absolutely not, that's normal for used cars. The whole time we were there both myself and my girlfriend got the impression they were just happy to take our money and get the car off the lot. They weren't even confident in the car they were selling to back it with a 3 day warranty. Stear clear of this dealer if you can. I've purchased 3 cars in Illinois over the years and never been treated this way. These guys are slime. I'm giving them 1 star, because I can't give them less.
Bought a car on June 28th. Worked with Patrick and Frank; excellent sales staff. They both listened to the needs of my fiance and I and we walked away with a new 2017 Jeep Cherokee for less than $100 more than what we were paying on a 2007 Mazda. This crew is phenomenal. If you want a Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge or Ram, this is the dealership to work with.
Frank was AMAZING!!! He answered all my questions. He's down to earth and knowledgeable. He made our buying experience a great one! I will recommend anyone I know that needs a car. Good Job!!!
Bought a used car from the previous owner 2 years ago, turned out to be a very bad experience. Went back to see what the new owners could do for me and they went above and beyond to work out a great deal for me on a car for my son. Our salesman Dean was very helpful as well. I will definitely look to them again for my next car.
This is the most absolute sneaky dealership you could possibly go to. I went there to buy a used car and after I had purchased the car I had noticed they added two fees. One of the fees was listed as undefined for $300 and the other one was for $1400 which was interior insurance that the salesman had informed me was included with the original price of the car. So they added $1700 on to the price of the car. I drove there with my brother to get my money back and once the general manager looked at what they did he didn't hesitate to say he would get my money back. He said it would take 10-14 business days to receive the check in the mail. He signed a sheet saying I would receive $1697. 3 weeks had passed and I called to tell them I haven't received it and they said they were going to send it. Then 2 weeks after that I still didn't get it so my father called and they hadn't even tried to send it yet so he went to the dealership where they made it the biggest pain to get the check and in the end they only made it out for $1500. So if you're looking for a scam or the very higher possibility of getting scammed this is the place to go!
I called to dealership at 6 pm. I was going to drive to dealership next day to buy the car and asked to put it on hold next day for 3 hrs from 9 am to noon , because it takes 6 hrs to get there.. I even asked them to take a deposit to hold the car. Sales person asked manager and they told that they cannot do it and I should drive 6 hours to see the car at my own risk, because somebody else can buy it during this time. Manager even refuse to talk to me at all! Is this customer oriented dealership? What kind of service is it? Other dealers put cars on hold at least for 24 hours with $500 returnable deposit without any problems. Of cause I did not drive.
