wish i could relate to the good reviews. sold me a car without floor mats, no owners manual, they lied about where the car came from (came from an auction but they swore it didnt), empty wiper fluid, and the trunk randomly opens!!!! Brought it in for warranty work around the time i needed an oil change, and service advisor Jesse told me they changed the oil for the repair. I just come to find out today that the oil wasn’t changed because i checked the oil level and the oil was black, called Biggers and they didn’t have a record of the oil being changed during the warranty repair. thanks to Jesse Moreno, my car went without an oil change from 36,700 to 44,500 miles and now my power train warranty is voided will likely Dealerships should be about modesty and integrity but that’s the complete opposite that i got from Bigger’s. Thanks for a horrible first car buying experience, Biggers!

We brought our son to buy his dream car a, Ford Mustang, after he completed Army Basic. The salesman David (Biggers Mazda) and the General Manager Bob were incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. We got a remarkable deal that no other dealer could touch with no unnecessary haggling. I will absolutely return for our next vehicle.

When visiting this dealership I strongly recommend to speak with Fabian Fraire. He is very nice and helpful as soon as I got there he went right out and asked questions about my interests, he assisted me and answered every question I had about the vehicle in a very respectful and professional way. Fabian is not a pushy sales man that tries to get his sales and doesn't worry about the cx needs, he honestly helps in every way possible. He has amazing customer service and very good work ethic and morals, he was honest and explained everything I wanted and needed to know about purchasing a vehicle. I definitely will go back to him and will send people his way when in need of a new vehicle!! keep up the great work Fabian and thank you for all your help!

Traveled from Milwaukee to buy my car here. They were able to dealer trade for the exact car I wanted and Jim Burgess always made sure I had all the details to make an informed decision. When I came in with my check to buy the car it was all very simple and straight forward. No pressured upselling. Thanks, Jim. Love my new Malibu!

Yesterday I went into Biggers Chevy and I spoke with a salesman named Diego Quintero. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW HELPFUL HE WAS. He took his time to show me each and every car I was interested in. He didn't mind answering all my questions and finding the best possible price for my situation. He was sure to explain all my options before I decided on my car. It's good on gas, my monthly payments are low, AND it was my favorite!! I give Diego credit for this because I wouldn't have found this car without him. THANK YOU

Compre una Chevrolet equinox 2010 y en 30 dÃas se descompuso la transición..
Ahora tengo que pagarles $4500 drls más para arreglarla.
Creo que para vender un vehÃculo inspeccionado de la categorÃa de Chevrolet deben de ayudar a revisar bien sus vehÃculos.
Ahora tengo un vehÃculo descompuesto que me toca pagar por nada.
No recomiendo este lugar.
Buy a Chevrolet Equinox 2010 and in 30 days the transition is broken ..
Now I have to pay you $ 4500 more to fix it.
I believe that to sell a vehicle inspected of the category of Chevrolet must help to review their vehicles well.
Now I have a decomposed vehicle that I have to pay for nothing.

I went to biggers chevy today and got an outstanding deal and the best service and car buying experience of my life.Not only was it a great deal financially it was the best service I ever received!!! Alice Davis my salesperson was so knowledgeable about every vehicle but she even made sure my vehicle matched my family's lifestyle with 3 kids in three car seats but she took time to line up each vehicles safety rating, fuel economy, and even every detailed option I requested!!! Thanks Alice!!! But if it wasn't for Jennifer Paulch who was the director of buisness development who introduced me to Alice I wouldn't have had the pleasant and knowledgeable.. I want to say friend that matched us with her!! And when it came time to finance the vehicle we met Steve Reiter their finace director and he made the loan process feel more like a family experience than a stressful time due to my less than prefect credit!! He shopped hundreds of banks and with his 32 years experience got me an amazing interest rate with gap insurance included and a 100,000 mile warranty!!! Thank you to the whole biggers staff!!! Will never buy another car except at biggers!!!!

Came to Bigger Chevy, because I was in the area and I needed to have my vehicles oil changed. The service offered at Bigger Chevy is horrible. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone for any reason. Not a very good representation of the Chevy brand, when it comes to customer service. Employees have nasty entitled attitudes, as if there doing you a favor when you're spending your money. The cashier is very unprofessional. She wasn't interested in doing her job. Her hair had her full attention. Will never shop not recommend Bigger Chevy. Save yourself some frustration and go to another Chevy dealership.

He was very friendly and was very knowledgeable. If you like quality service make sure to ask for Diego! My whole family has bought vehicles from Biggers Chevy and we only deal with Coke(salesman) and Jason .. We have always had exceptional service but most recently my wife bought a Chevy traverse and it was a 2014 however there was some scratches on the car that we had noticed and w/o hesitation Jason and Coke came together as far as Coke meeting us half way with a loaner car and Jason had it all set up and her vehicle was done in a day and to perfection I would not do business with anyone else or recommend any one but this team and dealer ship
