Always enjoyed shopping at MB of St. Charles. Zach is very knowledgeable, pleasant and caring which makes car buying a pleasure. Craig, Manager and my friendly neighbor adds to my experience further with his gentlemanly manner and story telling! The place is beautiful too. This is the 3rd vehicle our family has bought from this dealership and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to add a Mercedes Benz to their collection.

The Information Display on my 2017 300 Coupe went black. I contacted Mercedes Benz of St Charles for a repair and was able to make an appointment that suited my schedule. After briefing Service Advisor, Dean Pontrelli about the issue he described the probable cause, estimated time for a repair and assigned a loaner. The device that powers the display required a system software update and during the process Mr Pontrelli provided a status report and gave an exact date when my car would be available. Being true to his word, the work was completed in a timely fashion and the car was good to go! Needless to say I was pleased with the issue being resolved by the service team of Mercedes Benz of St Charles.

MB St. Charles made it so easy for me to make one of my dream come true. We have been looking for the right GL550 for months, and prior to, actually went to another dealer. The experience, to say the least, was very disheartening. Heather, from the get go, was very helpful and so very easy to work with. She is not your typical sales person who just wants to sell. She was very warm and understanding and really helped us get the car -
and it took no more than an hour for the whole process! We are used to the "Resnick" service as all our previous vehicles have been bought from one. Thanks for all you do, MB St. Charles.

Very impressed with the service I received both during and after the purchase, they did a fantastic job on the sale and the VIP Service made buying a car far from home well worth the decision. They really care about service, the buying process was hassle free and their support afterwards goes above and beyond. Their VIP Service option makes buying a car in St. Charles a worthwhile venture and using them for service was a dream, resolved my issue with class and style, cannot say enough about how well I was treated. Used them again, and this time they were able to provide same day turnaround with a loaner and I did not have to do anything but hand over my keys! Above and beyond as always.

Buyer beware. Purchased a car here I thought had an extensive CPO inspection. I am convinced it did not. Neither manager would fix a defect that was discovered before the car went 25 miles that should have been found if the inspection was done properly. I have found other reviews that support this conclusion. Search for this article before purchasing CPO - when-your-certified-pre-owned-car-is-defective. I wish I had read this first.

Follow up: Their reply is not accurate and not made to me at all. The shipping company did discover the damage as noted on the pick up document. The amount offered would not be enough to fix the extensive cracks in the paint. I am posting the documents on the blog - check them out. I would highly recommend a third party inspect any car purchased from here. Good Luck!

I wish I can add five more stars the manager and his team is phenomenal I felt more like a sister more so than a customer. The atmosphere is home like I put my feet up and caught up on my favorite shows while I waited. I would recommend them to all who want a laid back car buying experience.
