Such a great dental practice. The entire staff including, the receptionists, billing, hygienists, and the dentist are just some of the nicest and caring people. They treat our four children and ourselves with such great care. So happy to have found them after a 7-year search. Very helpful hours and a very clean facility.

When the practice changed dentists and dental staff, I was not informed. It would of been respectful to the many patients of Dr.Wender and Dr.Joe to do so, or for the new group to introduce themselves and the practice change. If it was done, I didn't receive any notice by mail, email or phone call. I have been going to this practice since 1990. I was sad to see them leave even though I don't know the circumstances, the transition could of been more professional. It would of benefited your new group to introduce yourselves and welcome the old patients.
In addition, my most recent appointment was changed 3 times before I actually was able to see the dentist and hygienist. I know staff is limited because of the pandemic but if you don't have the staff, then don't make the appointment. When I actually saw the dentist, he didn't give me the courtesy of introducing himself, I didn't know him and he did not know me.
As a result, I'm in the process of changing dentists. I regret that I'm leaving the practice after 30 years. I liked them very much.

The Dentist and all of the staff were kind reassuring and patient. The decor in the waiting area was calming with a private library feeling. I Highly recommend.The Dentist and the young lady that took my x-rays both of them were very informative and answered any questions I had.I left the office knowing exactly what comes next.

I had my first ever appointment here and the power was out. However, they were able to get me in next day at the same time as my original appointment! Totally unexpected, but I was very appreciative. Everyone was very welcoming and apologetic about the previous days events. The hygienist I had was incredibly nice and really educated me about my own teeth during the cleaning. I look forward to my next appointment with them and would recommend them to my friends and family. They really went above and beyond!

Today was my first day at Stony Brook Dental Group, and I must say, that I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly. The office was clean. I didn't have to wait long to be called, and when I was, I was met by Michelle. Hands down, the best hygienist ever! She was very informative; answered all my questions throughly, and really listened to my concerns. I wanted to schedule another appointment, before leaving today, to have additional work done, and to my surprise, they were able to get me in right away. I highly recommend this practice, and Michelle!
