We had water damage and needed a new kitchen floor and carpet in two rooms.Our insurance adjuster said they had a program with preferred flooring companies. We decided to go that route and felt good about knowing Veterans Carpet One had a good reputation and working relationship with our insurance company, and a good warranty. We were so glad we did. It was a very stressful situation but from the first phone call to the final installation Adam was very helpful and reasurring. He brought samples to our house, which was helpful during a hectic time.The quality of their products and workmanship of our installation was excellent. We had a transition that was a little bit tricky between the new kitchen floor and our existing living room floor, our installer did an amazing job. We will definitely use them for future flooring needs. Thank you, it is nice to find quality and caring in a company. We are so happy with our new floor and carpet!

Easy to get along with, and conversational.
Trevor was extremely expert. It was amazing to watch him work, fast and accurate.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about Veterans Carpet One! They are so wonderful, we have used this company for two different install jobs! All around, the staff has been incredibly helpful and patient especially with our most recent install in a condo. Adam and Christa communicated directly with the HOA office and kept me up to date throughout the process. Adam also helped to guide me in selecting the best product for our budget. Juan, our installer did a supurb job! He arrived on-time, finished in a timely manner, and most importantly did a beautiful job. We will continue to ONLY use Veterans Carpet One for all of our flooring needs!

Veterans was recommended to us by our insurance provider after water damaged our old floors. Our experience with Veterans Carpet One was better than I could have expected. Their communication, professionalism and workmanship were all top notch. We are so pleased with our new floors and we would absolutely recommend Veterans Carpet One! What a great bunch of hard working, honest guys. Chris Fall helped me through the whole process of choosing carpeting for our living area and was always available to chat. He worked very hard making sure I was pleased with my purchase. He is professional, courteous and very positive! Walt was great to talk with when I stopped in for samples. The installation guys, Isaiah and Norman, were highly qualified, careful with my home, and very easy to talk with. They also laid sheet vinyl in my laundry room with expert care. I'm thoroughly impressed with their honesty, expertise and good old-fashioned service.
