We had the luxury vinyl wood look flooring installed a few years ago and love it. It looks great, and it's been very durable and easy to clean. We had a couple of very minor gaps emerge over time and Scott was great about getting them repaired. The gentleman who did the repair was also very friendly and professional. We were very impressed that the company was just as responsive with the repairs as it was with the initial installation, and stood by its work. We would highly recommend them!

Accommodating, timely, courteous and most importantly, they had skilled workers who were conscientious and respectful of my home and cleaned up everything so well it was unbelievable! McDonald Carpet One Floor & Home comes highly recommended by me!

Great service, great product! April De Rosier is a fanastic sales person and Customer Service Person. She took care of everything and in a timely manner. Aaron & Jason installed our whole-house wood floor with remarkable skill and speedas advertised. They were also quite pleasant to have around for a weekand always kept a clean job-site. Cannot say enough about the quality and professionalism of McDonald Carpet One!

We had a great experience with McDonald carpet one flooring. Tracey our salesperson was very professional with every step of the selection of our hickory wood floor, to the installation. The floor install was completed by Ernesto and his team in one day. We are very happy with our new floor. We had 2 other quotes and McDonald was by far the best option.

What a breath of fresh air! I work in real estate and have done close to 20 flips. This time, I was looking for carpet for my own home. I wanted something modern and low in VOCs. I went to a couple other local shops but wasn't getting far. Once I entered the showroom, April greeted me with a friendly smile and immediately showed me several options - way better selection than anywhere else in town. Both the owner of Carpet One and April explained more about toxins and natural materials and we chose the best carpet and pad for what we wanted. Once I decided on "the one" we were able to get the carpet scheduled for install right away - just before Thanksgiving. We ended up having to change the install due to other material delays and Carpet One accommodated us, seamlessly.

The installers were professional, hard working and did an excellent job. Carpet One even sent a cleaner over for a mystery mark that appeared on the stairs after the install and to steam out some of the roll marks that are common on the inside of a roll.

Our basement looks fantastic! I'd highly recommend this locally owned flooring company.
