  The team at Carpet One was very organized and gave me all the details to make sure the install went smooth. Even though the price was a little higher than other carpet proposals it was worth it because of the quality and attention to detail.

  I received such excellent service at Family Carpet One!
  I've had carpet installed in several residences and business spaces and Carpet One is the best I've worked with!
  John the owner was so helpful to come to my house in the mountains to assess my carpet situation for a difficult configuration. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Ken the installer is certainly a top pro in his field and fitted the difficult carpet configuration perfectly! I highly recommend!

  We just carpet installed in 3 rooms plus our hallway. Family Carpet One did a fantastic job from start to finish! I emailed 3 different carpet companies from here in Longmont for an estimate. Family Carpet One was the only one to get back to us. The office staff was very helpful in getting us an estimate appointment. Jason came out and gave us our estimate. He explained everything very thoroughly and answered all our questions. Today Luis and Harrison came out to install the carpet. They were on time, very professional and worked really hard. They took less than 5 hours to complete the whole job! They moved furniture, cleaned up and made the whole experience awesome. We can't say enough about how grateful we are to have found a local company with such great customer service! We will recommend them to everyone we know.

  I couldn't be more happy with the quality of the carpet and the service we received from Carpet One. John Paul was so extremely helpful in navigating us through water damage to our home. He didn't have to make a special trip out to meet with our insurance adjuster but he did. He steered me from carpet & tile that might not have been a good fit for us. Kara was a great guide in helping to pick out just the right selections & colors. Made this process a lot easier. John was so helpful in setting up the appointments for carpet installation which took place over a 5 day period. We've had plenty of bad carpet experiences over the years but this family will not disappoint you. Thank you, John & family for turning a very stressful period into a much more enjoyable one.

  Finishing my basement was a big project. But when it came to flooring, the owner and staff at Carpet One took the time to explain all the options. My Wife and I got exactly what we wanted and needed. Thanks so much!
