  Horrible customer service at least say we are closed and instead don't just stick someone on hold then hang up. We have feelings too and don't want our time wasted
  Another location that the star rating means nothing just shop the product not the service.

  Dal-Tile represents quality. Quality product to quality service. If you demand quality then use Dal-Tile for your tile needs.

  I had the most awesome experience with Kelli at the showroom today. I am being very picky about the tile that I am trying to find for my master bath and my kitchen. She was very patient with me and tried her very best to help me. I have not had that experience in some of the other tile stores that I have visited, and I appreciated that very much!

  Great way to browse their lineup. No pressure because it's a trade showroom. Now I have the information I need regarding our preferences for our contractor.
