I was really nervous about re-carpeting my home and the amount of work and time that it would take. i met with Noel at Carpet One in Denver and received a lot of good information about the process and the types of carpet that are available. There was no pressure to buy, just a great informational session.
I wound up going with Carpet One and the communication from Noel and the installation itself were seamless. The carpet arrived very quickly and the install was scheduled according to my wishes. The team that came were Onero, Luis and Edwin. They were polite, efficient and real artists. I was amazed at their speed and attention to detail. I could not be happier with the carpet and the whole process. Noel is a man of his word and followed through on everything that he promised.

I got new floors for my home just before the shutdown. After a year or so I began to notice some issues with the kitchen floor. I called Carpet One and they came out and looked at the flooring. The materials were defective. Noel helped me find a new floor that looked good in my home, he even personally came out to my house to help set things up; upgraded the quality of the flooring material and set-up the install him self.
Very impressive service and an amazing new floor that didn't cost me anything. I love Carpet One and my new kitchen floor.

Neil was so helpful in helping us navigate new flooring for our basement and stairs! We are new homeowners and this was our first big project. Neil was friendly and patient as we worked through the process. The materials arrived quickly and they worked with us to schedule and complete job before our guests were set to arrive. The process from start to finish took about a month for us. The installers Jose and his crew were amazing! Very friendly and professional and went above and beyond to do a great job. They were respectful and friendly in our home. We will be back to pick out a runner for our new stairs!
