Our visit was great. Gloria checked us in with a smile. She was very polite and pleasant. She upgraded us at the same price due to lack of availability. She is a true professional. The room was clean and up to date. We will absolutely return when we visit San Antonio again.

fantastic hotel. older but clean. friendly staff. great manager Vic. Everyone here always cleaning and working. Love it. I walked down hall and staff says hello, looks you in eyes. Breakfast great but crowded. Local breakfast place called First Watch near. Def. the hotel to be in the area. I'm a Hilton person but maybe more IHG hotels are in store for me. Great Job Staybridge Medical Center!

Tucked away in a quiet spot just off I10 in San Antonio, this Staybridge offered relaxation and comfort. An upgrade as a Platinum member to a one bedroom suite provided a spaciou 3rd floor room at the end of the hotel near the stairs. Perfect location for easy outside access, quiet lodging and a view of our vehicle. With a living room, kitchen,and separate bedroom we enjoyed the space and 2 televisions and 1 DVD for entertainment. Luxurious mattress comfort was key for restful, indulgent sleep. The hotel has an extensive DVD free checkout library for guests. The hotel's proximity to grocery, restaurants and retail options in a half mile radius enabled is to walk to everything we wanted. Breakfast was excellent with healthy and indulgent choices. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice and quiet with free breakfast and a happy hour (free beer and munchies) in the evenings. Shower has amazing water pressure! Staff is friendly.

We literally stay here everytime we have to go to San Antonio. This side of town reminds me of a cute little mix of Sugar Land but without the uppityness.

Pretty nice hotel. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and staff was nice. Only issue was that room did not match the picture offered online so was slightly disappointed

Above and beyond. My wife and I found this hotel trying to find a place to stay that was close to Methodist Hospital. We needed something long term, with a home-like feel. We weren't finding much around. The staff at Staybridge did everything they could to accommodate us. Management went out of their way to make us feel at home. The room was great, the rate was great, the location was great, the amenities great the people here are what make the place amazing. They were kind, helpful, attentive. And when we had to have an emergency c-section, the management team helped us even through the hospital process, sharing helpful tips from their own experience. I am glad we called this place "home" for a week :). Would definitely recommend.

Visiting the hotel while my parents are in town, and despite the fact that they are doing some renovations, the hotel is a great combination of price and amenities, the staff is very polite and accommodating, and there's been not even a single complaint.

this is a great hotel. I love the dinner on. the weekdays and free beer. the rooms are great as well. the hotel was doing some renovations but it was overall a good experience.

Very nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Sturbridge is always a consistent and solid experience. Kathy, the night clerk, was fantastic. She made sure we had all the info we needed and was quick to grab a comforter when I asked for a blanket. Above and beyond!

Since we arrived we were treated nicely and with such hospitality. Our room was to our standard and liking. Very good price. Me and the wife loved it. Will definitely stay here again soon
