The hotel staff was very friendly, and the hotel was very clean, and comfortable. The restaraunt was good, but had a limited menu. I loved the Texas shaped waffles at breakfast!

I was there for a work trip and I will say I was pretty impressed. The rooms are very spacious, modern and really clean. The staff there was very friendly and welcoming. Both indoor and outdoor pools were clean and had plenty fresh towels. Laundry facility was free so that's a bonus! Will definitely be staying there again if I'm ever on that side of San Antonio.

Very clean and free of clutter. People were very nice and helpful, they were extremely knowledgeable. Attended a work event where we utilized the conference rooms and they were spacious and easily accessible to the restrooms and to outside. The restrooms were cleans and had plugs for a hot tool or something of the sort. The location is great as there are two ways to get into the hotel parking lot so no matter which way you were coming from, there were many back streets that would lead to the parking lot, in order to alleviate any traffic. Loved it there and would definitely recommend it, and I will be booking there for personal if I ever do need a place. From a professional standpoint, I highly recommend!

I came here for the Horrorific Film Fest and the staff was lovely and helpful and friendly! The hotel was clean and quiet and peaceful! Very nice experience!

The place to stay if visiting SeaWorld! So close, super convenient. We could even see the fireworks from our top floor window on Independence Day! Great experience.

This hotel is very clean, every member of staff I have met have been kind very professional. It's so relaxing to know that the hotel you are staying in care for the guests. The women and men cleaning rooms are very diligent and I see them through out the day cleaning rooms each room at least 45 minutes. Has to be one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at. All of the Amenities this hotel has to offer honestly I could just stay at the hotel all day and never be bored. Also is in a great location.

Really like the hotel. 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), excellent staff, and the restaurant has a great selection. The restaurant also has a deal where kiddos under 12 eat for free at any settings. The room is nice and comfortable (I can literally sleep all day). Highly recommend this place and will make this the family stop every time in S.A. 🤓

It was awesome!!! The staff was professional and friendly. The rooms was large clean and when ask for towels etc.. it was immediate. But the best best was the bar and restaurant staff.!!!! Friendly and fun..let not forget the food yummy yummy!!..Great service for our 4 day stay. You help to make my family happy!! We will be back!!!

The server, April, was truly a joy to be around. She made the environment more upbeat with her personality. My experience was entertaining and enjoyable, and Im looking forward to making another visit soon!

We loved it here! It was our first time to this hotel, and was surprised at how high quality the building itself is, and the quality and size of the room. We stayed in a king suite and it was huge! Plenty of space for our family to spread out. Also very pleased with the pool, the kids loved swimming outside! We visited the grill and both our kids got free meals! What a great deal! Will stay again for sure.
