"meh" customer service. Hallway carpet is in DESPERATE need of replacement. The room was "okay" at best. To be completely honest, it's a 2 star hotel by the airport. I just needed a place to lay my head and then return to flying the next day. Would have rated higher with more positive employee interactions and customer service.

*SAFETY ALERT* ----- DO NOT STAY HERE!
It's not worth the price you pay for the stay. Rooms are dirty and they smell, there are cookroaches, shower is super small (even for a guy 1.75cm tall) plus they employ kids as part of housekeeping staff. ON TOP OF ALL, HOUSEKEEPERS LEFT THE WINDOW OF OUR ROOM OPEN SO THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO ROB STUFF WE HAD SHOPPED WHILE OUR STAY IN SA (OVER USD$ 1,000 WORTH). We called the cops, so there will be legal consecuences. Manager and front desk staff is rude and manager was uncooperative and agressive towards us, instead of trying to resolve the issue.
Keep this in mind while you haven't placed a reservation or not yet on property.

Clean, classy, small and simple continental breakfast. Has that little bit of extra room in the 2 queen beds rooms. Great for kids.

Crime is an issue. Not sure if its legal, but it would seem that children are allowed to work as hotel staff. Times are tough, but that is extreme. Breakfast is the bo-de-ga special. Bed bugs for sure. Only good side was my employer paid for the room.

Nice place I stayed there for work for awhile.the lady at the front desk named Lydia ask me if she could lone her 300 Dollars till her pay day.I did she never paid me back.I have asked for my money back so many times.stay clear of her.

The hotel was clean enough with all the necessities you'd expect. The rooms were good sized and the decorations were nice. All and all a good experience.

After a weary drive of 14 hours, all I wanted was a nice rest. YOU THOUGHT you could count on super 8..but no. When we called they informed us that we would be 1.7 miles from the river walk, turns out we were actually 10 miles away and they told us they couldn't transfer our reservation to a closer location. If you enjoy showering and then drying off with a rag the size of your toe, sleeping with stained comforters, and dirty feet, stay here. Oh, I almost forgot, DONT COUNT ON THE BREAKFAST. The waffle mix was water with powder in it, the milk was warm (no refrigeration), and the coffee and tea was cold. Overall not worth the cheap price. It would be better to pay the extra!

The cleanliness of the hotel has really gone downhill. We slept late and they gave us only 15 minutes to get out of the room. Then they double charged us for our room and it have been almost a month and we are still waiting for that money to be refunded. Very disappointing.

Location is fine. Room was clean. One of the lights were burnt out over the sink but was fixed after a quick phone call. Only complaint was no elevator and my room was on the second floor.First world problems I guess. LOL

I never leave reviews but people need to know. This place seems nice for a reasonable price but it's not. Poor service, very unclean rooms, and bed bugs. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
