It was okay for something quick and cheap. The breakfast SUCKED. Had next to nothing. The room was okay, neutral.

The lady was mean to me and gave me alot of attitude and wouldnt let me talk. Kept talking over me very loudly and then turned around and was extremely nice to my boyfriend right in front of me . We got a one bedroom sweet (king bed and living room with couch) and walked into a small room with 2 twin beds. They put us into the correct room finally and when i took off the sheets there was a white dried up mucas like stain on the fleece blanket, and yellow stains on the white sheet. I looked at the fitted sheet and it had just been flipped inside out. I could tell no washing was done. Just flipped. It was extremely disgusting. A.c. didnt work right. Kept turning off and we would have to keep re setting unplugging and plugging it all night. Room smelled strongly of mold. Restroom door would not close at all. Had to stretch my leg out and hold it shut with my foot while using the restroom. U get what u pay for tho.

The people at the front desk were extremely nice and kind, and they almost made up for the room. The room was in very poor condition, and although the room was clean, the bathroom looked dirty there was a substance on the curtain shower, and the towels were stained with spots of yellow, and there were spots surrounding the tub that looked as though there might be mold or some form of rest occurring from the moisture. If I had to, I would stay a second night, but it's not like I would be enjoying the hotel room it's just a place to sleep. I've stayed in much better hotels for $70 a night

Hotel was pleasant enough, but the front staff couldn't get my key to work so they had to let me into the room with a master key. The room's AC took a while to work, and eventually the room key worked. When checking in, they made a copy of my driver's license but failed to give it back. Thankfully I had not left town, so I got it back. The breakfast coffee was impeccable though.

The location of the hotel was about 7 minutes from downtown SA. The staff was great! The room was missing some towels but the front desk gave us some. The bed was comfortable. Overall experience was very good.

We flew in from California on Tuesday night. Originally had a different hotel booked. We got to the other hotel, checked in, went to our room, saw cock roaches running down the wall, so we turned right around. Checked right back out. We had no idea where to go or where to stay. Did a Google search and this travel lodge popped up. Made a phone call and luckily they had a room. We drive over to it and meet Kartin. He is awesome. He went above and beyond anything we were expecting. Showed us 1 room and was ready to show us another after i explained what had happened asst the other hotel. Needless to say, he made our whole stay so enjoyable and made us feel comfortable. Hopefully others get to experience the same as we did.

I normally do not review motels. However, I need to compliment this establishment. I feel like my stuff is safe. Well lit parking lot and the attendant is always walking "rounds". The laundry facilities worked very well. The rooms very comfortable and clean. The shower is the type that is hard to find. Plenty of room and friendly. I wish all hotels were this comfortable.
