A 1st class hotel downtown! All the staff are so wonderful! The rooms are so comfortable, breakfast is a great plus. They take care of every detail!

Awesome staff, that catered to a school trip group. Our guys were so happy that there was access to the pool in Decemberwe live in Texas you never know the weather and sometimes it's warm enoughand you just need a December swim! The Christmas decor was BEAUTIFUL! Thank You All!

Amber the front desk very very friendly. Room clean and comfortable. I was surprised by the sign in the bathroom, I doubt that those items are so popular. Kind of implies that The Guests that stay at this hotel regularly take things from the Room. I wonder how much the microwave or the refrigerator is They are not on the list. The staff that does the breakfast in the morning is wonderful and very friendly The breakfast is Very good I just wish they had biscuits and gravy . Over all this is a very nice property and I will stay here again whenever I'm in San Antonio.

Well our trip to San Antonio had been just awful. Unfortunately service all afternoon had just beenrude. Ruining our trip & just making my family & I just want to go home, but we ended up completely warn out and decided to stay. After poor customer service in San Antonio and expecting poor service here as well, we met Anthony who welcomed us in with **AMAZING** service! He really did strive to go above & beyond to satisfy or stay! I tell you we were relaxed and completely satisfied the entire stay. So glad we stayed. Thank You!

2 stars because this is the first Comfort that I found that charges $20/night to park in their lot. That is not good, oh and they also add 23 cents a day for an in room safe, not much, but gez! Breakfast was typical Comfort Inn, good. Room was ok, the couch, however was so broken down to sit on that it feels like you are sagging to the floor. We always try to stay in Comfort Inns for consistency. This one is not high on my list.

Wonderful stay at this hotel, the owner Sherry personally welcomed us upon arrival and made us feel very at home. Georgia, the food and beverage manager, was amazing. We very much appreciated the evening "Southern Supper" hosted by Georgia and staff. That was something you don't usually find at Comfort Suites. We had an outstanding stay and we hope to return in the future.

We weren't sure about staying here when we saw the part of town it was in seemed pretty run down, but man are we glad we stayed here! This has been the best Comfort Suites we have ever stayed in. It was super clean, the breakfast was not crowded in the slightest, the staff here is PHENOMENAL! They aren't just friendly, they seem to genuinely be nice and care about this place. It's the smaller things like friendly talk and subtle acts of service that really spoke the loudest here. I am so glad we chose to stay here! Also, not far from the River Walk and Alamo. Driving is a very short distance away. Highly recommend staying here!

This place is very deceptively described as being on the San Antonio Riverwalk but it is about a 15 to 20 minute walk away. Even though you pay for a room you have to pay for parking at $15 a day times two. We stayed a Saturday night and parking charges were $30 ($15 for Saturday even though we checked in after 3 PM and another $15 for Sunday even though we were checked out and gone by 10 AM. What a RIP OFF. And once we were checking in they said we only has one breakfast coupon and each additional breakfast coupon cost an additional $10 so for 4 people to eat their limited items breakfast would cost us an extra $30. You should plan to go eat somewhere else and actually get a real full breakfast at that price. Very disappointing fir a Choice Hotels property. We were approached by a homeless bum in their parking lot. For the price they charge for parking you would think they might have better parking lot security. We had small grandchildren with us and the bum begging was very uncomfortable as well as unsafe with them with us. I won't ever stay at this particular property again. There are just to many other properties to select from to be subjected to this.

Good location, about 10 minutes walk to el Alamo. Clean spacious rooms. Good (not great) breakfast. Nice outdoor spots like a beautiful small patio, a swimming pool and mini golf. Attentive helpful staff. All for a very reasonable price.

Friendly staff and comfy room. Great view of the back of a billboard. The breakfast was about what you'd expect from a hotel - scary eggs and Texas shaped waffles.

Friendly staff, very nice accommodations and great amenities. The only downfall is the neighborhood. It is not easily walk able. If you are planning on driving or just in town for business and have ample transportation than this is for you.
