This is the place to go for sheet music. They serve the needs of individual musicians, school choirs, school bands, church choirs, community groups, and more. They have access to virtually any type or arrangements of sheet music in publication. Great staff. They are friendly and efficient. My wife is a high school choral/handbell teacher as well as a church organist and choir director for adults and children. I have made countless trips to Stanton's to pick up music for all of her music endeavors over the past 30 years. Stanton's consistently serve the variety of sheet music needs for my wife's diverse groups. I enjoy visiting the staff when picking up her music. My wife is a stickler for copyright and buys many copies of sheet music never photocopying it. Stanton's will deliver, but I am in the Columbus area every week so I find it easy and convenient to stop at their location in downtown Columbus. They have plenty of free parking which is a plus.
Wonderful place with the very best customer service!
Love Stanton's! We are so lucky to have this amazing music resource right here in Columbus.
Quick, friendly, and helpful! My music resource for 32 years!
Great staff who can find most music anywhere.
THE place for every kind of sheet music east of the Mississippi River. Instruction books, band books, choral music, band music, orchestra music, piano music, lead sheets I mean there is no place quite like it. The staff is a bottomless pit of knowledge and expertise.
The best music selection I have ever seen in one place!
Absolutely wonderful place. Not only a great selection of music, but the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. They have so many fantastic resources. It really isn't just a store - they are a foundational building block of our music community!
Be careful with these guys - their posted prices are not what you will actually be billed, even after they send you an order confirmation. There is fine print at the bottom of the page letting you know they can change their prices w/o notice. I understand that publishers raise prices and that this business cannot be expected to eat the difference; however, best practices would be to inform the customer of a price raise. If they had it in stock before the price raise, there is no reason to hike the price. If they did not have it, then they had to *act" in order to get the music, at which point they should also add the task of letting the customer know of a price increase. I also found the two people I talked to on the phone to be unsympathetic and rude. There are many music stores out there in a tight market. I've taken my business elsewhere, as there are several companies who care more about customer service.
