I called twice tonight. First asking if they treated croup, and the lady said if the child had croup, they would treat it. I said great and told her that my husband and son were on their way. This was around 11:24pm. It’s about a 25-30 min drive, so I called her back 5 min later saying again that they were on their way and would be there before midnight and to not close their doors. She said ok. My husband gets here at exactly 11:55. He also calls me and my phone said 11:55pm. They doors were locked, lights off and shut down. Very upset. Please don’t say you’re open until midnight when you’re not. And how rude of the lady when she knew we were coming. It’s like they purposely left because they didn’t want to deal with a child. If I could rate you a zero I would. Pathetic.

I was pleasently surprised at how well my visit to this Urgent Care facility went. I walked in the door at around 10:00pm with breathing issues that I believed was brought on by bronchitis. As soon as I gave the administrator at the desk my name and ID she sent me right back to my room. Within minutes I was greeted by Hannah who took my vitals and got me on a breathing treatment immediately. When I walked in the door I could barely speak a full sentence, after that first treatment I was a different person. The doctor Nidhi came in next and we continued moving forward with treatment. I couldn't believe how quickly these ladies were moving to get me feeling better. You could tell they truly cared about how I felt, and wanted to give me a good experience. I was in and out in a little over an hour, and didn't spend much time at all waiting. I am very satisfied with my experience here, and plan on returning only to this facility if ever needed in the future.

Great service and wonderful staff. Best physicians in the area for urgent care. But they don't have CT imaging there, so if you need that then go to an ER.

i will never return here. The one by the casino is far better than this onethey did a better job of diagnosing and seeing the fracture of my 5th metatarsal than my own family physician.

I went to this Urgent Care because I was boiling glass jars (just like baby bottles) for Christmas and dropped on and the water splashed into my face around my eye. My husband drove me to the urgent care just to be careful since it was around my eye.

I was recovering from a concussion and the woman was rude. The physician acted like she didn't believe me that I had benign anisworia and that my uneven pupils were normal to me. She made me so angry!!!!!

My husband went next door to get coffee during the visit but I will NEVER say a nice word about this stupid clinic and the physicians they hire.

    Horrible.

I hate doctors but this place makes me feel really good. You get in and out. I come here, my husband does and even my little kids. I like it better than childrens hospital for my girls. The staff is very nice.

Great experience here! Friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors, including a DO. If you have to be sick, this is the place to do it!

I went to this urgent care last night as they were the only one open so late. I live in Gahanna, this place is in Grove City so it was quite the drive. I gave 2 stars bc the visit was quick and the staff was nice. However, I told them I needed to pick up the medicine they prescribed me that night and specified it be sent to a particular 24 hour Walgreens. The doctor/nurses guaranteed my prescription was "already there" before I left. I get to Walgreens only to find out that they've sent my prescription to a CVS that wasn't even open.
Since they closed at midnight, there was no one I could call for assistance. I called this morning at 9AM to let them know what happened and request my prescription be moved to someplace closer. The woman told me I'd receive a call back in 30 minutes to confirm it's been sent. I ended up having to call back 2 HOURS LATER bc no one had contacted me, only for another woman to tell me "oh it's there, we received a confirmation from the pharmacy at 1120" . which was 20 minutes before I called.
All that said, I'll probably never go back. Staff should put more focus on accuracy and follow up.

Went in for a persistent back pain. Felt like everybody there assumed I was a junky, there for drugs. Including the doc. Who's response to me saying my complaint was that I needed some relief was " I'm not giving you any narcotics" Probably because I showed up in work clothes. Being treated like a junkie has kept me from seeking treatment for months. Got X-rays don't think the doc looked at them certainly didn't look at them with me, I've had other doctors able to point out the reason for the pain on the X-rays. If you have insurance just go to the E.R.

    *won't be back*
Sitting here right now. They are seeing my husband for neck and foot pain. The only plus I have seen is that they called us back within minutes. Now that we are back here (its only been about 30 minutes) the nurse has seen us, doc has come back. She said all that was wrong is that husband sprained ankle, and probably pulled muscle in neck and is sending muscle relaxers home with him. She did no X-Rays, nothing. Just looked at his neck and guessed. Doc's name was Kimmne (something like that)
