Check in hostess was great, even at 3:45am. Room was clean but could have provided more towels. Reserved a king bed and got 2 queens. Not a huge deal. Very quality internet for 2 college students who had work to do on our time out of town.

The room was clean and reasonably priced. I'm not sure they should advertise as a place that serves breakfast. There were a few pastries and milk. Not what I would consider a "continental breakfast."

The room was very nice and very clean. It had tons of cable stations. The people that run it are constantly working keeping the grounds clean. I was impressed. I wanted to stay a third night but had to get home.

Was stuck near the washing machine. Very loud. Bed was firm. Bare minimum. Tv was nice. Lots of channels. Worth the money but would have been better in a different room.

Pleasantly surprised. This was an excellent place to spend the night, especially when traveling with dogs. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The front desk staff was very pleasant and went beyond what they needed to. There are numerous restaurants and stores around. We will use Red Roof Inns in the future.

A great budget motel. The rooms and parking lot are small, but everything was clean and maintained, and the room seemed relatively new.
Quiet, despite being in a potentially noisy area (shopping centers, freeway nearby). A safe and typical suburban location. Not too far of a drive from downtown Columbus.
Staff was pleasant and cordial.
The complimentary breakfast is the "cold cereal and coffee" approach.
Plenty of options for chain restaurant food and shopping nearby, some within walking distance.
The wifi signal was good and was fast enough to stream videos without much buffering.
Would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Columbus.response / report this review -

The employees are great .Rooms are clean .The first room smelled like smoke bad , so they gave me another and it smelled like a ashtray heaven ,Awful

First, they charged us for the price quoted when we booked the hotel, then not only charged us AGAIN when we checked in they also added $70 to the price. So now they have taken more than $500 from us. Then we wake up to go eat their complimentary "breakfast" and all they had was a few plain bagels, two types of stale cereal and some muffins in 2-pack plastic. Their milk is in jugs in a mini fridge however one was expired and the fridge was not staying cold so the milk was warm. They had some juice and coffee. But the only appetizing thing they had was the coffee. And even the liquid creamer was not kept cold. We were looking forward to eating breakfast but we were very disappointed. I will never go back there. They deserve 0 stars.

OMG what a pleasant surprise. Last minute booking using a phone app. Wanted to save money so we went cheap. This place was remodeled and the front desk clerk was really nice. Clean room and comfortable bed was just what we needed after a long day on the road.

Convenient location, close to several points of interest. The rooms were decently-sized, clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This motel gets less then a star. I was booked for three nights, upon the third day I discovered red bumps on my arm. I inspected the room for a second time and found bed bugs. When I reported the problem I was told that everything in the room was new. The mattress cover had holes in it, and the mattress had stains. The first offer was to refund me one night. The manager never contacted me. The total cost for me exceeded the cost of three nights at a nice hotel.
