This gym is really great. So far, it has never been overly busy, the staff is friendly, great equipment, the steam room is amazingjust a great place to workout.

Highly recommended! The facilities are always incredibly clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, and they offer a wide variety of fitness classes.

Great gym. Steam room. I wish there was one more power rack but it is usually open within 15-20 minutes if someone is using it. The spinning instructors are really good.

My Husband and I both enjoyed this downtown location VERY much. Not a lot of equipment, but everything a serious weightlifter would need. The facility was clean, the bathrooms were fantastic with all the amenities for taking a shower after you are done working out. SUPER CLEAN. The staff was friendly and even let me warm up one of my post workout meals in the microwave. (I am a NPC figure competitor).
