Definitely more organized and clean than other Plato’s Closets in the nearby area. Staff appeared helpful and in good spirits. The blonde girl who checked us out was very nice and engaged in conversation.

if you dont like this store take your money somewhere else then because no one wants to hear you complain i have been going to this store for 13 years and i have not had one problem with them they are a great store keep it up Plato's Closet.

I called in first explaining everything I was going to bring in because I was moving and had two car loads that I was bringing. I didn't want to waste there time as well as mine if they wouldn't accept the items. They said yes they accept all the items and toys and to bring them in. Very excited I did just that. Took me about an hour to bring everything in to them and they didn't help hold the door and I have a severe autistic son who likes to run away so needless to say it was extra hard crossing the road delivering goods, trying to open doors and wait to talk to a representative who was having personal conversations with other representatives there. I was frustrated that I received no help and they clearly saw I was struggling and almost in tears for my son making a scene. I never received a call like they said I would so I called back the next day. They gave everything back to me except the clothes and two toys. REALLY? Don't tell people you will accept the items and then not especially for the trouble I went through just having to re do it all over the next day with no help. I only received 20.00 for 50 pairs of clothing items and two toys REALLY????? I was soooooo mad like how does that even add up? Being exhausted and frustrated I said what ever its 20 more dollars than what I had. I was so mad I just went over and donated the items they refused. if you want money for your items do not come here because you will loose money and gain nothing and they don't help you when they see you struggling they turn there heads and continue to talk like you don't exist. Then when your waiting at the register to claim the items obviously you have to show ID to prove its you but the wait for them to check it is ridiculous. This experience has made me so mad and frustrated I will not be back or anyone I know. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

I took a large box of brand name clothes like 25 t shirts, 7 pairs of shorts, 7 hats all like new. They only bought 3 t shirts i drove 35 mins for them to make me a 7 dollar offer. Plus as i was walking around waiting for them to sort through my clothes, i noticed that used hats were $12 to $15 dollars, t shirts were $8 to $12 wow!!!! Never go there, the prices are veryyyy high and the selection is horrible.

The staff is always kind and very quick to demonstrate excellent customer service. I never have to wait long when I bring in items to sell. The store is always clean, organized, and fully stocked with new items constantly. I'm always super busy, so I reallly appreciate when I can go somewhere and take care of my business with out any inconveniences.

My sister and I went in to look for an outfit for her baby shower. We walked up to the dresses and two employees were standing in front of the dresses, talking to each other and slowly putting away clothes. It was very clear my sister was 8 months pregnant and very uncomfortable. The female employee turns to us rudely and says "it's gonna be a few more minutes if you want to look at dresses!" "A few" turned into almost 20, my sister had to sit down. She didn't find anything, but I found a top and the lady that checked us out was rude as well. Nice store, nice clothes. Not enough large and they don't carry maternity. Probably won't go back

I've tried to sell items to Platos twice. The first time the Grove City store didn't buy a thing. I went to the Platos in beaver creek & they bought almost $50 worth of my stuff. Today I went to sell a couple brand new things & my old prom dress. They bought 3 things for $7.50. Two of those items are $50 in store. My problem is the grove city store sucks. I would rather drive an extra 45 minutes to go to the beaver creek one. Not to mention the grove city employees are absolutely rude. We walked up 5 minutes before they opened & a lady came out & said "WE ARE CLOSED FOR A FEW MORE MINUTES!!" & locks the doors.. absolutely RUDE!!!!! They don't even deserve one star..
