Antique store meets high end consignment store. Large to small. Antique to curious. Jewelry to art. Mirrors to chandeliers. It's all here, much of it with pricing set to drop on a set schedule. Fun place to spend an hour.

If you have not been here, you need to go explore the wonder that is this place! There are so many unique things things from furniture and rugs, to wall hangings, china, jewelery, and crystal. It can be pricey but the tags indicate how prices get lower each month that something doesn't sell, so if you have your eye on a piece you like, you may be able to get it cheaper next month. It is a lot of fun just looking around the store.

Grandview Mercantile Company stands head and shoulders above any other purveyor of previously owned merchandise. Every item is displayed to its best advantage. The furniture is dust-free. Silver, brass, and copper are polished, if appropriate for the piece. Crystal is brilliant. Art is curated, to the extent possible, and many of the better items have descriptive text on their price cards.

While some items have fixed prices, most are displayed with a list of decreasing prices and the dates on which each item's price will drop to the next level. If you wait long enough, you'll generally get a great bargain if someone doesn't buy it at a higher price. It makes shopping there more exciting!

Well I can’t say this place isn’t a real local gem, albeit a bit pricey, although when we compare quality and material and contrast it to modern vendors; it’s a long step above them all What to find at Grandview Mercantile you ask? Everything mostly, it’s a good blend of retro and mid century meets fine antiques and quirky furniture and fixtures. Plenty of eccentric art and upper class and modern arts all the same, we can blanket that sentiment over the whole of the stores offerings and call is a meld of classes of tastes and periods. You might even walk around simply for a to do, and some lovely conversation. It’s fun to participate in Columbus growing community and offerings and simply feel at home. This is a good addition and edition to and for the ever growing central Ohio spirit My only critique is, I, we are a tattooed couple, we do not convey a traditional energy of wealth but what we convey isn’t your concern. All patrons are equals, and I believe staff may or may not need a culture refresher course. I as a local guide also own two thriving business of great reputation. You never know who might drop the big bucks! Or a bad review Cheers!

Great place to find unique items. Furniture, decor , jewerly, housewares, old books. The offerings are endless. Sometimes I walk through like it's a museum. Where else could I buy an end table, ring with precious gems, and a no-parking funeral sign?

According to Grandview Mercantile's website they are open on Thursdays from 10am to 6pm.

Apparently every Thursday except July 20th. We drove 40 minutes (each way) to visit this store for first time only to find a hand written note on door stating "we're closed from 10am to 4pm" because of their tag sale and they will open again at 4pm.. I was there at 12 in afternoon.

It would have been nice and considerate for you to post this notice on your webpage.

I would have been very happy to save myself the time and gasoline for a wasted trip. All your webpage says is annual tag sale July 20-30 at normal store hours.

Since i didnt get to go inside. I can review that parking was horrible, I had to drive around the block 3 times before I found metered parking, so you have to pay to shop here.

And I looked in window and prices I did see were pretty expensive.

Whether browsing or buying, this place is awesome. Hate seeing plans to tear down the building are in the works. They say they will be back in the new building, I'm not holding my breath.

The best place ever for vintage and estate jewelry. They give you excellent rates for pieces that are exquisite and in great condition. I spend hours here everytime I visit Columbus Ohio. Definitely worth a visit!
