How do you break someone? Interrogate them, ask them the same questions over and over. Deny them basic human rights like sleep, food.water. This is how St. Joes treated my husband for the last three days. He came in with internal bleeding. And he left with it, ama. Classic case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing.

My Doctor. Timothy Sesi M.D. Physical medicine. I'VE HAD no bad experience. I have been his patient since 2002 after my chemotherapy treatments. Dr. SESI IS THE BEST DOCTOR. I AM BLESSED TO HAVE DR. SESI AS MY DOCTOR.

Care was ok during my son's 4 day stay. Food was terrible. Didn't bill us for 5 months then demanded ridiculous payment plans. They are sending us to collections after paying over $600 in the 2 months since our first bill. Will be choosing another facility for our medical needs going forward.

The job of ER staff is not only to make sure people don’t die. It is to MANAGE pain and symptoms. Even if you don’t 100% know what’s wrong, you manage symptoms. Let’s just say that 0% of my symptoms were managed. I was sent on my way with nothing but a referral for a gastro. Meanwhile I can’t keep anything in my body. I have lupus which the doctor was made aware of. At the very least, most doctors would’ve prescribed steroids since lupus is inflammation. They suspect that I have crohns. Low and behold, ALSO INFLAMMATION. I didn’t even get a bag of fluid even though I’ve been struggling to keep water in my system for a week now. People with autoimmune issues always get blown off. I’m terribly sorry that I’m not visibly bleeding or missing limbs, but my pain and suffering is real. I came desperate for help and left in tears knowing that my suffering was continuing for who knows how long. Even the nurse I had found it absurd. That says enough right there.

I was misdiagnosed, tests were ordered and not executed. I lost the vision in my right eye due to negligence. The hospital does not have adequate policy and procedures to address ophthalmic issues. My heart valve was damaged due to endocarditis not being confirmed, being released to early without the proper antibiotic.

The staff at the ICU here were a warm, human support for us as we kept vigil for our father there. They were thoroughly communicating, responsive, disciplined always in staying clean. They honored his dignity and our needs.
They freely gave hugs when we needed it and all of the doctors and other staff including comfort care were wonderful. I wish I lived near this hospital.

I have worked at this hospital for many years. When I started, things were great. I frequently told friends and family that I highly recommended this hospital. Unfortunately, ever since the new CEO took over, there has been cost-cutting left and right. They even closed the cafeteria at night to save money, and only keep a coffee shop open (which sometimes has food, sometimes doesn't). How are people working the night shift supposed to eat? Employee moral is way down. I am looking for another job. At this point, I would not trust the care of my family or friends to this hospital. Not at all recommended.

Couldn't have ask for anyone better to take care of me. The nurses Brendan and Mary Lou were intelligent, caring, and they kept a smile on my face through the scariest moment of my life. I'm so grateful for them. Couldn't thank you all enough!

Go some place where they care.you can hear the nurses whisper and patients in the hallway making fun of themthey treat you like your not wanted and your medical care is not important. They don't care if you get your meds, food , call your doctor basically just a bad hospital, chapel is the only good thing.

I waited 4 hours with severe kidney pain. They took 4 people into the back that checked in after me. One guy came in moaning about how bad his shoulder hurt & they took him right away. I sat there & kept my mouth shut & all that got me was 4 hours of sitting there in pain. I left & will never go back. It's time to go to Beaumont.

After 4.5 hr wait the staff should be nice! I understand when there are busy! But when u have a serious problem u have to wait in the lobby. But if u have a minor cold u walk right in the back! They need to get there priorities stright! Avoid this this hospital at all costs!

The most amazing team I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in any ER ever!
Andrea, Rachel, Tonya, and Shannon= RN perfection. Dr.Gumma, A1 attention, bedside manner and dedication. Tricia and Mary Lou, my vote for medics of the year! Absolutely made an impression for life and you are all Heroes in our hearts!!
Oh, and a special shout out to Eric who really bonded with my husband! 😜 Just amazing people!
