This place has alot of potential, but like several other reviewers mention the management is the problem. Absolutely terrible customer service. Arrogant and rude. I have had enough, and will never be back!

I have been to this place a handful of times with large groups of people for fowling/food/drinks. The pricing for fowling is $50/hr for a lane, or $10 for a wristband for unlimited play. My wife had booked a surprise party for me, and was unaware of how the pricing worked, so she went ahead and booked 2 lanes for an hour. We had a group of around 20 people, of which 14 were playing fowling. When our hour was coming up, and we wanted to continue I simply wanted to switch to the wristbands so we could keep playing and save a little money. I had this scenario come up another time, and they had no problem switching the lane rental option for the wristbands. At this point it's around 8 o'clock, and we are the only people doing fowling. This time the manager informed me that we would be unable to switch since we already booked it. How he handled the situation was the most disappointing part. Very condescending. This guy had a smerk grim and pompous attitude while "enforcing the rules". My party would have stayed for a couple more hours and racked up a nice bar tab, but after dealing with this guy we left, went to Uptown, and had some real fun! I wonder how much money they lost out on "enforcing the rules". One thing is for sure, my friends and I had a bad experience for one reason, and now there will be another 20+ non-returning customers.

This place could be awesome but management and staff are rude and inconsiderate. Came here on a Saturday afternoon and it was completely dead, started playing some of the outdoor games and they asked for $10/person, which was reasonable to play all day. But then after paying this and being here for 2 hours we brought our own ball to the volleyball courts and they wanted to charge us even more for those, when there was literally no one here. Guess it makes sense now why this place was dead on a Saturday afternoon.

Had a great time with a group of friends. Only thing is that I wish the fowling in the back was a little more organized than the dry erase board sign up.

I attended a corporate event here. The food and service was great. The activities were very unique. They had regular stuff: volley ball, cornhole, etc. But they also had Indoor driving range, football bowling, ping pong, putting green. Really cool place.

Pretty good sports bar. They peaked in 2011. This place has volleyball, drinks, good food, golf and games. It was a great place to hangout after work. The staff is kind of rude. The last time I was here was in 2015 so it may be better now.

Had my daughters hockey team party here, and they were the opposite of accommodating. They required all guests to get the pizza buffet because it would be to confusing for someone to order a sandwich and there was a genuine fear that a non-paying guest would steal a glass of pop. $355 got us 6 pizzas, a large salad, and 5 pitchers of pop (for 28 people).

For an additional $100, we rented 2 lanes of fowling, which was fun. But, we were falsely accused of using 3 lanes and treated like criminals because we stayed an extra 3 minutes to finish a game. We were the only people in the joint, so it isn't like someone else was waiting to play.

The pizza was good and the entire place seems like a great concept, but they need to change how the run parties. Over $50 in gratuity, and we had to go to the bar to order our drinks

Great place for baseball practice and indoor golf. We use this facility for indoor practices for our youth travel baseball team. It is a very large place, which isn't easy to tell from Haggerty Road. They have indoor golf simulators (a lot of them), ping pong/table tennis, darts, CrossFit and outdoor beach volleyball. It's very impressive and all of the staff are very friendly.

It's ok, the golf simulator costs as much if not more to go real golfing, only benefit you never have to find your ball. Service and food is awful, took forever to try and get another drink. The food is the worst food I've had anywhere, better eat something before you go here, don't come here hungry expecting anything good to eat please.

I love this place. Best virtual golf in town. The rooms here are much more open and comfortable than Play 365. The food is fairly good and the waitresses are nice and attentive. Decent craft beer options and full bar. I only have gone for the virtual golf, but they have a very nice popular bar, ping pong, etc.
