If you are looking for a real scare the whole time you are doing a haunted attraction you won't get that here. You will get different atmospheres and lots of attractions inside. It is fun and semi-scary but that all comes down to a individual level. It is pretty expensive but they offer coupons and if you go on a Thursday night there is no line and it is cheaper. I truly had fun and was scared but I wouldn't give it a 5 star review because it doesn't have that true scare factor that I know many are looking for during this time of year. If you are looking for a fun night out with friends or a date it is truly a great time and I personally was scared during "certain" times. It took me about 40 minutes to walk through and I would recommend this place! They have really creative perspectives and overall I enjoyed my time.

This is a really good haunted house. My personal experience was not quite god-tier, but still really good. I went on Halloween night. Definitely opt for the speed pass. They put a LOT of effort into the scenery and environment for sure. I think the best improvement I could suggest would be to space out the groups more. I understand you have to keep your throughput up, but being visually and audibly separated from other groups really makes a world of difference. Hit up Rotten Manor in Holly if this means something to you - you won’t regret it.

One of the most fun and unique haunted houses I've ever been to. They use a ton of different methods to prey on people's fears. It is a seamless transition as one travels up and down multiple floors of the building. Most areas have a cool theme to them such as bog, spiders, aliens, or mad scientist.

No question, Erubus is the BEST haunted house in Michigan. The building is well decorated and truly gives the scary spirit. The line went fast and entry was quick. As for the attraction itself, I feel it is very balanced, pacing is good (never ran into another group) and has plenty of scare tactics. Staff was polite, and the people scaring stayed in character the entire time!! I've gone year after year and find new things every time. Definitely recommend going!!

This is so much fun! I go here every year and it never gets boring. The line may be long and the tickets expensive but it’s so worth it!! When it’s your first time, you don’t know what to expect but after like 3 times of going you know what to expect. It’s still fun even if I know what is going to happen

Don't waste your money. Hadn't been in 3 years and was hoping for something new. It was not worth the 1hr wait in the rain. Or the $28. Not scary at all. A bunch of walking around and a few painted faces. Nothing tops Rotten Manor in Holly.

Don't waste your money here. They hype it up but it's not scary at all, they don't space it out well either so you get enmeshed with other groups of people before and after you so do the group ahead might get all the "scares" or the group after. Costumes of the actors and their scare tactics were lame, expected much more considering the ticket was $28 that night. It's outrageously priced for a mediocre experience. It's 4-stories but they hardly make anything out of the 4-stories. I've been to plenty of cheaper and smaller haunted attraction that offered better quality. I feel that this place is after the numbers and the money. If you're thinking about touring out of state to visit this attraction, save your money unless you've got loads to spend. If you are easily frightened and like less scary, less exciting but highly expensive attractions with large lines, this is your place. Make sure to wear a t-shirt or tank top inside, even though it is cold outside it is hot and humid within the building. If you wear a sweater inside you will emerge drenched in sweat. It is hot in there and there are lots of people crammed into that building. Positive things= it's fun because of the scenery and it's funny because some of the actors are funny but again, they hype you up for nothing pretty much and yes the actors are funny but definitely not scary. Long review but I hope to save people some time and money who are into real scares and getting their money's worth. Also hopefully Erebus' team will invest more into the value and experience for people, versus focusing so much on the money.

Positive feedback about the attraction but it's not scary! Nice people, fun time and cool t-shirt for being first 💯 in the door. I was expecting to be at least startled but I wasn't. Great place for a good Halloween stop!

The only Haunted house i go to. I think they are absolutely the best. Every year they add something new. It is best to go during the week because it is cheaper, and you will not have to wait in line for hours

3rd time going. It's always fun and scary. I would recommend ordering tickets online. You can order to be the first ones in, no wait time, plus a free shirt. Same price!

Definitely not worth it. The website tells one to buy tickets online to save time, but I did not save a single second by doing that. Everyone went through the same line. The actors (except for 2) were not good at all. Some weren't even acting. Only a few of the rooms were scary. There were lots of lines IN THE ATTRACTION. You were constantly waiting to continue through the haunted house. The only thing keeping this place from getting a 1-star is the friendliness of the non-acting staff.

Erebus is the first haunted house I've ever been at, and it was a hell of a time. The entire attraction had an overall story, which made it more fun to follow while walking through it. The staff was incredible and put every little touch in making it scary. The actual house took about 30-40 minutes and it was packed with unexpected and creative pieces around every corner. I can't recommend it enough. We'll definitely go back next year.
