We own a 2014 Sport Wagon and have had it serviced at ERhard Farmington Hills since our purchase. The staff has been uniformly courteous, efficient, honest and straightforward on all matters relating to the car. It is a pleasure to bring the car in for service, and enjoy a short wait in the lounge area with coffee, donuts and newspapers and magazines to pass the time. I cannot recommend the service department at Erhard BMW Farmington Hills highly enough.

Great cars and even better service! They treat you right at Erhard BMW. Jeff was my salesman and he was wonderful. Service Advisor 4223 Kendrick Conrad, customer service was VIP status service. He attended our needs with great concern for our vehicle. He upgraded our previous service experience. Initially we were leaving this location for car service, unsatisfied with previous advisor service. However, advisor Mr. Kendrick Conrad restored our confidence in the customer service of BMW at this location.

I was not happy with the service that Erhard BMW provided yesterday. The service manager jumped the gun and declared that I have a flat tire that needs to be changed without asking a technician check it out. The employee who put air in the tire, stated that the tire needs to checked out. The service manager did not even bothered with asking someone to look into it. He asked if I have protection plan, and once I said yes, he said "SWEET".

Never a problem with Chad of the service department. I have dealt with him for years -- very competent and pleasant. He is the primary reason I return to BMW Farmington Hills even though it is about an hour drive from my house -- so it is a notable time investment to bring in my car but worth it. I;ll come back for future vehicle needs.

I live in Grand Rapids and travel to Erhard for the excellent service! On my last visit, the service department took excellent care of my X3 and pointed out a recall that I had completely forgotten They even had their porter drive to me to swap cars the next day. Great experience!

I don't bring my BMW to the dealership anymore because it is an old BMW(2004) with 100,000 plus miles on it. I did replace the valve cover gasket myself and I do prefer bringing it now to an independent BMW Auto Shop for maintenance and oil change. I have no choice for this one since I needed to have my driver side airbag and passenger side airbag replaced due to the Takata airbag recall. I picked Erhard BMW Farmington Hills to be the place to have it done when I called the "BMW recall system". They transferred me to them right away and the customer service is excellent. I was able to schedule for a Saturday at 8 in the morning appointment. The service rep, the mechanic, front desk are very friendly and professional. After less than an hour the job was done. The recall is free of service but they cleaned and washed my car, too. Awesome. I would love to have an M5 someday. :) I miss driving a stick shift car.

The customer service is top notch. All of the employees are friendly, helpful and conscientious. The whole place is super clean (I mean cleaner than some restaurants that I have been) . While I never really thought about that much for the car industry and services related, it sure made my wait nicer. I was wearing my "work" clothes and had no worries about getting ANYTHING on my expensive clothing. I was completely satisfied.

Chad in service took the time to really understand the issue with my car. The technician also rode with me to pin point the area of concern. after a brief drive we were able to tackle a loose heat shield and resolved all my issues. Very happy with the service!

Just got a new BMW - my first. The guys at Erhard BMW were great. I walked in and I was treated like a valued customer right away - no questions asked. John M. was great in helping us find the right car for us. I drove all the way from Ann Arbor to Farmington for Erhard BMW because their service is far superior. I plan to do all my service at Erhard BMW. Great place!

The experience that I had at Erhard BMW was outstanding. I live in the Grand Rapids area and couldn't find exactly what I wanted locally, so I expanded my search. I got in contact with Linda Y at Erhard BMW of Farmington Hills and was so pleased with the service I received. I developed significant driving issues after having my car washed and detailed at a local facility. The folks at Erhard were able to diagnose and repair the problem (flooded accelerator pedal) in less than three hours. This was critical due to later commitments. I was able to pick up my family (including my infant grandson) at the airport without a hitch. I am grateful for their expertise.
