Foremost entries into the car wash I am able to go through quickly other times when the machine is not working or there is a long line there is a wait

The membership here is worth it. They do an extremely thorough job and you always drive away with the feeling of having just bought a brand new car. Their prices could definitely be better though

Thanks to Edward who is always friendly and caring. I wish more businesses could be customer friendly. Tracy at the register is also a pleasure. I moved out of the area and moved back to get the service of my car.

This Jax is the better one out of the many out there. Tends to be longer wait time than others but service is pretty good, although there is numerous times that I have to remind them to put the extras that I paid for.

Excellent place for anyone to take their vehicle. I had my car detailed here today and my car looks amazing! The staff there are always nice, courteous and professional. I’m very happy to continue doing business with this location. Thank you!

Seven day service. Satisfaction guaranteed. I have the FULL SERVICE BASIC PLAN and get my car cleaned in and out as many times per month as I want. This membership expedites my self service check in and I do not have to wait in attended lane lines. I HIGHLY recommend this flat service plan which also allows you to suspend or quit service without any penalty.

Very busy all the time. But I get my car wash every other day with the pass. Worth it. Wish the parking lot was bigger. Great place to get a car wash.

It's very quick to get in and out with the prepaid monthly plan, just drive up and your Barcode is automatically scanned. No waiting. They always do a nice job with the towel dry, and none of those annoying auto driers that drag across your car.

I have been 100% satisfied with the service at Jax in West Bloomfield. The staff and management are great. They're very nice and cordial and they go the extra mile to make sure that you're happy and satisfied. On a scale of 10 stars, I give you 20. Thank you.

A Great location for a car wash, great service, included exterior and interior car wash and cleaning. Loved the idea of the mirror at the end of the tunnel. The only issue i had was the price that i think was a little bit higher than other places.
