Always our stop on the way south because the staff does everything to make the stay pleasant and you can count on Marriott quality every visit.

It's ok for a night or two.
Rooms are on the small side yet comfortable. The first visit was better than the second. Requested extra towel, pillow and toiletries prior to check-in and they didn't arrive. I prefer the other brand as they recognize their Honor Members with a welcome.bag to include complimentary water. .

Very nice but small rooms. This hotel was extremely clean and fresh smelling. This is very important to me.

We chose to stop here on our way back home to Virginia from Disney. So glad we did too! Michelle checked us in at 9pm and was so chatty and friendly. Our room was nice and clean and cool. Our pillow top beds were really comfortable and it was quiet, even worn us being on the first floor. The indoor pool was relaxing plus after 4.5 hours in the car and the hot tub was soothing my only complaint was the hot tub had way, way too much chlorine.

SpringHill Suites event a great location in Savannah. Right off the highway. Close to all the restaurants and gas station. The rooms are extra clean and big. Staff was wonderful.

Place is new. Rooms have an unusual layout, but it's still functional.

Only issue is the lobby area leading from the pool is tile all the way to the elevator, and gets wet when pool goers return to their rooms. Super slippery floor by elevator, I'm surprised no one cracked their head open.

Continental Breakfast was very good, had dozens of options and restocked constantly.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The hot tub and indoor pool were great. Got a bonus of seeing a naked woman after her husband caught her with another guy in the parking lot and ripped her dress off. Clean rooms, good food, relaxation and a show. Five stars. LOL

What you would expect from a Springhill Suites. This one doesn't have the toilet separate from the shower though and that is a downfall for a family. Well kept hotel though and right off the highway for easy access.

I loved the beds; they were very soft and comfortable. The refrigerator worked very well, and the breakfast there was amazing.

Hotel staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. The bed mattress needs to be replaced and water pressure needs to be increased in the shower. Otherwise it was a very nice stay.

I'm confused. I usually love this place. But things have changed. The breakfast is very good. Jacuzzi was great 1st night. 2kd and 3rd night freezing . Heard all sorts of excuses. Very disappointed. Also think it's about time some rooms get new mattresses. If it changed I will be back otherwise will pass

We stayed here recently and while the staff was pleasant we had 2 problems. The thermostat was confusing to operate so we were freezing in our room (the front desk couldn't explain it to us). And the fitness center was kept too hot (74 degrees).
I complained to management and when he got back to me, the message was clear, this is the way it is, too bad.
We stayed in a Courtyard the next night and the thermostat was basic and easy to operate. The fitness center was kept at 68 degrees, perfect for a workout. I don't know anyone who would like to workout in an over heated room.
