Amazing rooms, loved the rooms and large bathroons very high ceilings and decor was great. Very quiet.! Great breakfast choose from fresh fruits, cereal, bagels, pastries, waffles plus all the other breakfast items. Minus eggs

I no idea that hotel could not accommodate parking for all of their guest. We had to park 2 blocks away and walk to run near midnight down a poorly light street, lot of fun. The provided breakfast was free and exactly what I paid for less than good. The place had a bwed and that was basically it, not worth $100+ per night.

Hotel is in a great location. Easy to walk to most places (including river) and close to the trolly stop one. Lobby is very pretty and has a bunch of places to sit and relax. Parking is limited but they share overflow with the Embassy suites. Staff is very friendly. Elevators need some work and were a bit sketchy with jerkiness. Rooms are spacious but TVs are small.

I have never been more impressed with a staff of a hotel before. Everyone there from Robinn at the front desk to the ladies at breakfast, were absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful. It truly felt like they were hosting us in their own house. Thank you for making my little girls feel special and taking care of us so we'll.

I don't like writing reviews. I write them only when my experience has been absolutely stellar or completely horrid. This is the latter. From the moment I walked into the lobby to check in, the staff behind the desk was rude and seemingly incompetent. I had a problem with my car and the valet assured me he would write a note on the keys so that the retrieving valet would be made aware -- this was not done. And, a late night snack turned ugly when, again the desk personnel, became rude upon my incredulity at a bag of chips for $3.00!! I was absolutely appalled and very upset. Her course and discourteous manner was even displayed in front of other patrons. NEVER EVER have I experienced such horrible service at a Hampton, ANYWHERE. What's up with Savannah?

Basic rooms. Nice bathrooms. Wifi signal only works in front side of hotel. Valet parking 20 a day. 3 blocks to city market and 6 blocks to River street. Free breakfast, coffee, cookies.

A nice hotel in a great location. The breakfast was quite nice considering that it was complimentary. Pricing was a tad high in my opinion, but they were quite busy and I didn't feel awful about it. I didn't like that the bathroom had no bathtub, however (only a shower with mediocre water pressure)

We stayed here with two of our girls for a wedding and they loved it. The availability of coffee all day was great though breakfast standard fair. The people though were friendly and helpful.

For some reason they gave us a handicapped room which was very spacious and had a nice bathroom. A/C was quiet enough. Carpet tiles were pealing which can create a tripping hazard. Some walls needed painting. The breakfast was so-so but at least it was free. The bed wasn't as good as what I have at home, but managed to get a good night's sleep.

We stayed two nights in May and the hotel was perfect! Beautiful lobby and beautiful room. If you're looking for a good location to walk to all the sights in the Historic District this is the place to be. You can also catch the trolley next door. We felt very safe walking both day and night. The dining area was very attractive and the breakfast your standard fare.

Room was $366 for one night.. they charged us before even got to the hotel and got to the room checked my bank and they had charged us 3 times for it. Over a $1000 charge and hell trying to figure it out. Frost desk agents didn't have a clue what was going on and not helpful just acted like nothing was wrong. Old and used hotel not worth $336 a night. No one knows what's going on

Good location, for walking all over Savannah. We drove in, parked in their lot, then didn't use our car for the four days we were there. Good breakfast, open from 6-10. They keep filling things up. Good soundproof rooms. Close to two busy streets, never heard the traffic.

Minor hick up at the get go but the night manager, Jamey, made it all better with no hassle! All of the staff made our stay effortless and smooth, me and my wife will stay here again! Thank you all at the Hampton Inn & Suites Savannah!

Great location and walking distance to all the bars, sights, and historic district. The hotel staff were extremely nice and accommodating and the beds very comfortable. The parking was the only downside because it's $22/night to valet at the hotel which is there only option. An alternative is metered street parking but it gets difficult coordinating enough time in the meter when you're out and about all day
