The room was spacious and clean. It is located in the center of everything! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I will stay there again!

Great location in downtown Pittsburgh, right next to the pirates baseball field. Room was very large and nice, bed was comfortable. Don't expect much for breakfast though.

This place was absolutely amazing. My family and I stopped on our trip to Niagara falls and the rooms are very clean all the staff was extremely nice. We needed more towels in our room in less than five minutes after I asked for extra towels they were delivered to our door. I highly recommend this place.

Hotel was nice overall. Living area had what looked like blood stains on the wall and down to the carpet in one area. Otherwise, decent room. Great location to stadiums, stage AE, science center and casino.response / report this review -

Staff was friendly and the hot complimentary breakfast in the morning was very good. I usually avoid eggs at hotels but the eggs at breakfast were surprisingly good! It is extremely close to PNC Park so that was great, especially at night when they were putting on the fireworks. Unfortunately, the fire alarm kept going off and announcing that the elevators should not be used when there was no fire. Also, the curtains in the room were heavily stained and I didn't like that you had to check in prior to being allowed to park because you need a room key to get into the lot.

I recently attended a happy hour downtown with work colleagues. After we stayed at the springhill suites in north shore. I would recommend this hotel because of its prime location and excellent ammenties. It is a quick ride on the T from downtown Pittsburgh while close to bars, restaurants and the stadiums in north shore. The rooms were modern and upscale & service was what you should expect. I will stay there again and recommend it to friends.

So far, my stay here has been okay. I have no major problems, but a few things are just kind of weird. On the plus side, the hotel is right next to PNG stadium, in a great location for dining and other activities. The beds are comfortable, and there's plenty of space in the room. All of the staff has been really friendly. However, there are stains on my couch, carpet, and walls. Some of the bathroom fixtures are loose, but still functional. The furniture layout is strange, as I can't really see the TV from the either the bed or the sofa. My new towels smelled strongly of maple syrup. I still have a few days left, but unless something goes terribly wrong, I think 3 stars is just about right.

The staff were very friendly. They were very accommodating on getting us on the top floor, with the best city views the rooms offer. How ever my daughter wanted the stadium side, so the manager didn't hesitate to switch rooms to the other side of the building. The rooms were clean. We also liked the "living room" area away from the beds. If your in the mood for great pizza, order from Geno's. They bring it right to your room.response / report this review -

This hotel has a great location with tons of options for food, drinks, and entertainment within walking distance. They also provided a shuttle within a 3 mile radius the weekend that we stayed. They have complimentary breakfast which was good and always kept filled and fresh. The staff was friendly with any questions and requests that we had. I'm a fan of the SpringHill Suite rooms and what they offer but this one could've use a little work (broken lamp, smoke smell in bathroom, malfunctioning TV). Though the room could've used some maintenance it was still a great value and a nice stay.

Not only is the hotel wonderful, clean and comfortable, but they completely saved the day for me. I was in Pittsburgh on business and found out that a trucker delivered our product to the wrong address. The business it needed to go to was closed and my flight was too early in the morning to fix it the next day. Mike C at the front desk offered to have the shuttle bring it in the morning for me. This saved us a relationship with the business and a lot of money. THANK YOU!!!! What wonderful customer service. I will never stay at another hotel in Pittsburgh.

I was not staying at the hotel, just dropping in to see a friend from out of town and then enjoy St Patrick's Day. The hotel itself was fine, but they lacked bicycle parking despite being surrounded by streets marked with sharrows. Although the hotel had ample paid parking for vehicles, I was forced to use a fence. It's easy for a business to work with the city to install bike racks into the sidewalk (there's ample space around the hotel). As a local who doesn't own a vehicle, I kind of expect this sort of thing from businesses, especially ones near bike lanes.
