Very nice place excellent breakfast, staff was really friendly except for the night shift guy he didn't seem to know much. Really close to the stadium and the casino we walked everywhere we went. Place was very clean although I would deduct points for the pool it's very tiny for the size of the hotel for one and for two it looked like it needed a good cleaning. Other than that I would get the place 5 stars and recommended to friends and family.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The location is perfect to all the hot spots and they even provide a shuttle to and from within 3 miles. We loved the fire pit, updated layout and the view from the room was amazing. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5, because having to pay park your car there is a bit much.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Very solid hotel. Great staff and best continental breakfast in Pittsburgh. All i can say is waffles. 3 make your own fresh Belgian waffle stations. Stayed here for a month for work. Rooms were clean. Housekeeping did a great job. Front desk team was terrific too.

Great location, staff was nice and accommodating. However, since more and more Marriott's now let dogs into their hotels, please boldly advertise this on web page. A forewarning would be nice for people with allergies. As I settled into my $480 a night room, I realized I was increasingly covered with white dog hair. Dog hair was all over sofa and the carpet throughout the room. UGH! Marriott should update their room cleaning detail to vacuum furniture and carpet in rooms so guest, following guests with pets, don't have to walk around looking as though they run a kennel.

Clean comfortable room in a good area for tourist. Delicious breakfast very fresh and with lots of options. Friendly and accommodating staff and extra special that they had shuttle available to take guest to attractions.

We had a great stay. All the staff was excellent, the breakfast was great and the room was surprisingly large and luxurious. Would highly recommend. It's right next to both stadiums and the casino. Loved it

    3 issues in one stay!

    In the room right now.

I'm Marriott Platinum, so I've stayed in more than a few hotels in the past few years. They currently have no wifi, and when I called the front desk (who is very friendly) they transferred me to IT which then just hung up on me without answering. I'm in IT networking, so don't think that this is user error.

The first key I got did not let me into my room. Only had to wait 10 minutes for a new one.

The first elevator I tried said, "we have had a malfunction, press the emergency button for assistance." Fortunately the door open button worked and I didn't get trapped.

The nice lady at the front desk is the only person working from what I see and she is overloaded with people checking in at 6pm on a hockey playoff night. Who'd guess they'd he busy?

The location of this hotel is great if you want to have easy access to downtown. Right next to PNC Park, so its great if you're in town for a Pirates game! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are wonderful, always clean and comfortable when we stay here. The breakfast is also a wonderful addition. One of our favorite places to stay when visiting the 'Burgh.

The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The room was a nice surprise. For $98 dollars, we received a kitchenette and seating area in our room, which was clean and had pleasant decor and nice layout. The free shuttle into the city was awesome. 10/10 would stay here again!!!

Very clean rooms and in the perfect location on the North shore. Conveniently close to the West General Robinson Street garage which allows overnight parking and is perfect for additional cars staying the night. We stayed in a king sized bed room with a pull out sofa bed. Plenty of blankets and pillows to allow people to sleep on both places. The breakfast for the next morning was also very nice.
