First visit to Pittsburgh, selected this hotel as it was highly rated. I couldn't agree more with the rating. Very cordial and accommodating front office desk team (Claire(?) who checked me in was outstanding), room was very clean and staff members always smile and greet you when near. I will stay here again on my next visit!

The rooms were very clean. A gated dedicated parking lot with plenty of parking. Very friendly staff. I did not get a chance to try out the pool or hot tub, though. I would definition visit again.

One of my favorite hotels in downtown Pittsburgh. Then rooms are quiet, clean, and big. The free parking is a definite bonus. The price is reasonable. I love staying here.

I stayed here because of the proximity to downtown. I loved having free parking and was totally worth any other issues. My room was pretty nice, but you could tell the bathtub was a little dated. But overall, I had a great experience.

Nice, clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. When I was there Aug/2017 they were in the process of applying for a liquor license so that'll be a nice addition. Location makes walking to and from the strip district very convenient.

Can't find much wrong with this hotel. Location is good for, pretty much, all things Pittsburgh. Amenities are plentiful. Rooms are spacious. Staff is SUPER friendly. The whole place is immaculately clean. Oh, and they have a pretty darn good breakfast. All this for reasonable pricing.

Service is excellent, amenities are very good. Food is good as well. Pool, hot tub are in good condition. Rooms are spacious. Only issue is with bathrooms. I find the showers touchy with temperature control on the water and think it's odd that there are no vents for moisture.

The hotel is in a nice location, you don't need to drive around to get to the downtown due to the close proximity. The staff are all friendly and helpful, willing to point you in the direction of things to do. The hotel is also across the street from a museum that is the perfect distance for a rainy day if you don't have an umbrella. The hotel is also near many interesting restaurants with various types of cuisine.

Had a great experience at this hotel. The desk staff was wonderful and ready to accommodate us every step of the way, and the maids that we interacted with were very kind too.
Not only does this place give you free parking and breakfast, but they genuinely want to make your stay the best! Couldn't ask for a better experience.response / report this review -

This hotel is clean, comfortable, and convenient. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. They really go out of their way. This is my go-to place in downtown Pittsburgh!

Went with my Mom and sister to a few of their favorite spots in Pitts over the weekend. My first time at this hotel and I was so pleased wth the welcoming nature of the lobby, quick check in, spacious comfortable rooms, free parking and general location. We could walk to any place we wanted to eat, for drinks, the theater and other entertainment. The noon check out made everything less hectic in the morning too. The room is lovely. I haven't had any needs for service, but the room was put together splendidly. Parking wasn't a problem and they were happy to accommodate the many cars we had for a friend's wedding.

Excellent customer service! Taylor is particularly awesome. He is warm and inviting, and he saved me a cookie for when I got back from my event! Also, the oatmeal was delicious.
