The room looked beautiful and very well designed. I loved the small desk area, it made it easy to work on my talk. My wife complained about the bed being too hard, but she likes a soft bed. I thought the bed was fine. The breakfast the next morning was just the normal hotel fair. Decent and filling but nothing to write home about.

Best price in the area! Clean, big rooms and bathrooms, wonderful staff and a HOT breakfast included with your stay! Easy check-in/out. The only downside is that it is on one side of a barricade highway. So you can only go south on that Highway and have to turn around to go north. There isn't a light to get you on the North bound side. Takes a few extra minutes to go North of Pittsburgh. We will be staying here again on our next trip

Everything was good except breakfast buffet was a disaster. Lots of people, one person working, very slowly. We waited in a line as there were no eggs, no sausage, no serving spoon, no waffle batter, no English muffins, no butter , no forks, no decaf. The one breakfast employee walked back and forth getting a thing or two at a time. We waited over 15minutes. Finally eggs, but no sausage so we stood in line again, eggs on our plates waiting for the sausage. Once food was brought out it was only warm and went quickly leaving people to wait again. Guests rummaging through cabinets for forks and spoons, several people did complain at the desk but nothing was done. Edit: after filling out the hotel survey, they have contacted us and made things right. They were very interested in improving and took the feedback seriously.

As good as it gets for the money. The best hot breakfast with real hot eggs and cold cut fruit along with many other choices. The room is CLEAN and comfortable with a very nice bathroom. Everything works. No microwave in the room may not make everyone happy, but not a problem for me. I highly recommend this one, wish I could've stayed longer.

Jen, was one of the nicest and most helpful receptionists I've ever dealt with at a hotel while traveling, she went above and beyond in customer service and was so pleasant.
The location was good, close to where we were traveling, and was far enough from the city, but yet close enough as well. Only a 20 minute drive to the zoo and aquarium.
They had a variety of things for breakfast, the food was good but it wasn't anything to rave about, but the waffles were a hit.
The pool and hot tub were nice and very relaxing, they also have a fitness center.
My only complaints, which to me wasn't a big deal, tho it would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. The pipes were a little squeaky when showering, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work.
Overall my boyfriend and I were very happy with the hotel we chose to stay at and would definitely stay there again.response / report this review -

There was a pillow case that had makeup of some kind on it . Then it was hidden behind the first pillow after the bed had made. No microwave in our room had to go down to the 1st floor to heat up our sandwiches ( not a big deal) . The creamer had been left out overnight we chaecked in around 10 pm thank gosh o am a tea drinker . The room was nice and comfy bed was comfortable room was clean except the pillowcase on the bed. Would return to this hotel I just may be a picky person!

The room was clean and all the normal amenities you expect. The temperature was perfect as well. The breakfast was adequate, the eggs and sausage could have been a tad hotter but overall the breakfast was fine. No loud or excessive hallway noises during the night.

Hampton is a little difficult to get in and out of due to its location on McKnight Road. We checked in late and left early so we didn't get the full view of the hotel. It was clean, comfortable and the front desk was friendly and told us about the amenities with such enthusiasm that we didn't have the heart to tell her we would not have the chance to use them. Breakfast nook looked clean and appetizing, but we only had time to grab coffee and fruit to take with us. We have stayed there before and will do so again. Now if Pittsburgh would find a way to make it easier to get there, I would give it the 5th rating star.

On a one way road with median. Required finding a way to turn around when coming from the city but not too difficult. Typical chain hotel. Nice and clean. White sheets white towels acceptable pool and hot tub. Free WiFi but had to stream Netflix​ in a browser because the app was blocked somehow. Typical breakfast: edible but nothing exceptional. Average but nice and clean and quiet. Desk attendant was funny.

Nice place. Really friendly staff. A little tricky to get out of depending on which direction you're going! Nice facilities. Decent breakfast and a small gym with a spa and pool.
