Great hotel. Super nice and fancy even. Nice staff and a pretty decent free continental breakfast. And I would totally give it 5 stars if they didn't have the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on When I stay at a hotel I need a good rest. And that was not happening here. It was like sleeping on the floor If I ever go back to Pittsburgh, I'll never stay there again.

My wife and I stayed here for a few days. The staff was great, the building is incredible, and our room, while. small, was super nice. My only complaint was the shower spray was very weak. This is a very historic place in Pittsburgh. I cannot wait to stay here again.

Off the hidden off the beaten path, right in the middle of the city. You would never expect this place being where it is. wonderful ! Built in the 1880s and looks period . Best hotel experience I've ever had. Staff is very attentive and extremely friendly. Rooms are Ultra Clean. Don't tell anybody.

Stayed in older portion of the hotel. Lots of character. Greeted by smell of paint so they must have painted recently. All staff were very friendly and professional. Parking lot is incredibly small, and oddly shaped, making it difficult to park a large vehicle. Heater in our room was broken but we didn't discover that until it was very late and we were very tired. Front desk was happy to provide extra blankets as we didn't want to have a service person come to the room since one of us was already asleep.

Beautiful architecture and super friendly staff. The rooms, however, are quite dated and need rennovated with easier to access electrical outlets and charging stations. Lots of character but not my favorite rooms in Pittsburgh.

We love this place! The rooms are lovely, staff is helpful and we park our car and use the hotel shuttle to get around. We can also walk to Heinz Field. Highly recommended.

The Priory Hotel is great. Very lovely room. Very close to the downtown and other places to must see. Staff is very nice and helpful. The shower is small. There is always space for the cleanliness improvement. The breakfast is tasty. I completely can recommend this hotel. If I will come back to Pittsburgh I will definitely book this hotel.

Lovely quaint rooms. Staff wonderful and very helpful a big thanks to them. Shuttle is a big plus and mike our driver is like our big brother making sure we don' miss a thing as he drives us around. Would recommend to anyone.

The location is easy to get to. The building is well kept with great history and architecture. Perfect venue for our breast cancer awareness event. Really loved the mac n cheese bar!

I was at the Priory for the sandwich sampler. My kids play in the Doc Academy bands and it was a fundraiser for them. The venue itself was absolutely gorgeous. The event ran smoothly and was a lot of fun.

Beautiful location! Amazing Fillet Mignon at the reception we ate at. Absolutely gorgeous venue for a Wedding. Pros (as an individual visiting as a Wedding guest): • convenient location • fantastic food (main course, salad, soup, appetizers, strong drinks, in-watered down soda/pop • prompt, caring, engaging, & professional staff • absolutely fantastic decor, place/table settings, comfortable chairs • pretty good lighting that was able to be bright during the early part of the evening and dimmer at the DJ dance party at night (as a migraine sufferer the lighting didn't set off my triggers, which is rare in low light locations) • valet parking (having read other reviews complain about parking, I was worried about our experience), the Valet was prompt and courteous. Cons: • towards the end of the night the men's bathroom became very disorderly • a coat or baggage check for receptions/banquets would of been nice • I'm not sure if it was the DJ's sound setup or the acustics of the venue, or if the sound setup is provided by The Priory - but the sound was muffled and had a lot of treble turned up

My husband and I stayed at The Priory on a cold January night when the heat source for our apartment broke and we needed a last minute place to sleep. The Priory is an absolutely beautiful facility. The charm and elegance of the hotel, especially the warmth of the fireplace in the lobby, were a nice welcoming contrast to the bitter cold night air. The deluxe king suite was nice, although the bathroom was very tiny, the bed had two indents, and our handtowel was dirty/stained. The majority of the staff we encountered was slightly rude to us, but we still enjoyed our little escape.
