It was without a doubt, the worst hotel stay I have ever had. The shelves were missing pegs, so the glasses fell out of the cabinet. Then the employees decided to have a very loud conversation outside the room around midnight. Woke me up. I went outside to see who was out there and upon entering, he politely said "thanks for staying with us". There was no soundproofing in my room at all. I heard the conversations at front desk, anyone traveling the halls, and at the breakfast area. The manager could only say he will have to review the tape and get back to me. I heard not a word. Upon checkout, the system was down and he said he would email my receipt. He did and to my surprise, it was less than what I booked it for. So I thought.how nice. I actually felt bad that I was angry with the manager. No worries. They charged my card the original amount. I called. No response. I call again and the manager has me email the email back to him with my receipt. No response. Not sure how he has a job. I give this place 2 stars only because the afternoon front desk person was the only good about that place. Maybe he should have the managers job (although he was one of the two whom woke me up).

Reason for Trip:Returning from a long vacation, stayed overnight to catch a connecting flight the next morning.
This hotel provided FREE transfers, to and from the airport. The gentleman at the front desk was professional and very pleasant, which made our check in go smoothly. The room itself was clean and extremely nice with 2 beds and a sofa, full size refrigerator (which was already cold), dishwasher and stove! The carpets were clean.
The next morning we had a hot breakfast and checkout went as smoothly as the check in! I would definitely stay here again!response / report this review -

not enough parking!! we had to wait in the lobby at midnight, parking lot was jammed with cars and nobody could drive thru the lot it was soo packed. we just wanted to get in, go to our room and relax, but not having anywhere to park added unwelcome stress to our already long day ..

I stayed with my wife in this hotel for a week. They have a very good atmosphere, with clean rooms/ room service as and when needed. I never felt like I was in a hotel. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good. The quality of service was incredible and the prices were very cheap. Very near to all major shops in Robinson Towne Center. The only thing that bothered us was the A/C alignment in the room. It was a little away from the bed which caused a delay in cooling the entire space during nights. The Wi-Fi was pretty smooth. Overall it was a nice experience for a best price.

What a great hotel. By far the friendliest staff I have encountered at a hotel. Especially the gentleman at the front desk, he definitely makes you feel welcome and at home. The room was very clean and was nicer than i expected. I will definitely come back here everytime I come to town.

Room condition was nice and cozy :) but the staff
especially cleaning ladies and a lady on the desk during day time were not friendly at all
If you stay in a room with kicken then they clean your room once a week and take your towel and trash once 3 days.or once a week
I had to clean up everything by myself
If you want to get good service, you have to keep calling and complaining to the desk everytime..
