Ariel at front desk was friendly and helpful and very professional. Same can be said for Barb, the breakfast hostess! GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

I asked for an airport shuttle at 5 am was told to come down at 5:10. They even called me in my room that morning 5:06 to make sure i was going to make the shuttle now i wish they had not because when i got down there @ 5:11 that shuttle was gone. Yes i was exactly 1 minute late-even though 6 minutes before i confirmed my intended presence. Was met with this grumpy front desk guy, who seems to hate his life. The one who called me and confirmed i was on my way, who then proceeds to very rudely treat me like an idiot while he condescending tells me that i should have been there at 5 am, waiting. Very annoying interaction that early in the morning. Why bother? Took an uber.

Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly front desk staff. Great breakfast options. They have a deal that includes free breakfast for one, if we let them choose the room. They will try to accommodate our preference but cannot guarantee a perfect match.

I enjoyed my stay more than I had originally anticipated. There was a slight problem upon check in with my card and although I was not able to immediately get into a room the staff did accommodate me with a room. Kimberly was amazing! David definitely allowed my trip to run more smoothly after check in! And Barb is a pro in the restaurant. The Room was wonderful. room was spotless everyday. I even had an issue with a missing item of clothing and upon requesting it was found and returned in a timely manner! Absolutely amazing time, definitely consider it when traveling.

Stayed here 1 night 2 days ago, when I checked in they asked for my email, phone and such. Then proceed to sign me up to there IHG club without my consent. Been receiving email after email to sign in to something I never signed up for. I give them 1 star for not respecting my privacy. What ever you do not give them you email or phone number. They my start ordering things from amazon or something in your name. For sure they will sign you up for things without asking.

We had a reservation for this hotel and we got into town early. We tried to check in early, but Anthony I think is his name (big guy with glasses) told us we couldn't check-in early and we had to pay a full rate in order to check in early. We explained to him that we would only need the hotel for maybe two hours to sleep because we had to get to college to move in. He told us he basically didn't care, and that we could hangout at Denny's. The hotel was not even fully occupied, so they definitely had rooms available. He was VERY rude and had terrible people skills. They should NOT have people like him working at the front desk.

Got a deal through HotWire so the price was good. My booking did not include breakfast but the food looked enticing. The airport shuttle made us wait for 20 min at the airport pickup, but was was good otherwise - convenient, air-conditioned, with a polite driver. The room was very clean with up-to-date decor, blackout curtains, coffee, and no outside noise.

Newer hotel, very nice lobby, solid breakfast. Rooms are nice, spacious, clean. Very frequently the whole hotel will smell like cleaning products though

Not here for business.I have spire ambassador membership (highest) and often use IHG hotels for business trips- I'm staying 3 nights here and so far it's the worst I've ever stayed. Wifi signal is super weak so that I am not able to use it in my room and no cable available. Keep losing connections and so slow - super frustrating (it's better to go to any Target near by to use wifi - that helps your mental health)
Due to this, it's very difficult to catch up my work at the hotel and even you can hear everything from the room next to you. I asked some help twice but the staff is not helpful or friendly at all and nothing fixed. I'm staying at suite type room so imagine how terrible experience with regular or deluxe room. Not for business venue. Food is not worth neither.response / report this review -

Very friendly staff. I flew in for a business trip and just stayed 2 Days one night. Hung out in their lobby before check in time and was helped by 3 or 4 individuals that were absolutely great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area! Their shuttle service is quick friendly and great. My only reccomendations would be to have more comfortable chairs than the big square tan ones in the lobby. Very un comfortable
