Nice clean rooms. Lots of space. If you are going to Orlando for the resorts, prime location. Very nice staff. They gave us a surprise anniversary basket. We just stayed for a quick overnight coming in very late. Will probably look for something closer to the airport next time. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and tourist attractions and resorts.

Watch your credit card statement for additional fees added by this hotel, and ensure the fees are correct -- because in my case they were not. In all fairness the resort eventually corrected their error.

As for the motel itself, guests are coming and going at all hours of the evening and night, many with small children; so if you are looking for a quiet place to stay this definitely is not it.

Fantastic hotel everything you need is here great rooms, great staff, great pool, great amenities and the location is perfect. Carlos and Elizabeth helped me so much when I had difficulty down loading my boarding passes for my flights I would have been lost without them, thank you so much. I will definitely be back again.

We are staying in Avanti resort for fifth time. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food is excellent we don’t even need to go out to eat. Pool is clean and beautiful. I am looking forward for my next stay

My family stayed for one night. We appreciated the clean, contemporary rooms with ample space and tile floors. No carpet, good for us. Staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent, beautiful pool and grounds in center of rooms. Easy to watch kids. We will stay againand, highly recommend to visitors of Orlando .

I didn't like that you had to get to the rooms from outdoors. However, the room was pretty big and very clean. We enjoyed the pool area, and my son liked the fitness room. We were only there for 1 night, but it was a nice hotel and located in a nice area with lots of restaurants and shops.

The staff were all very friendly. Check in and out were quick and easy. Pool is big and clean with outdoor bar. Game room for kids was fun, but there are many activities within walking distance. Great location. Rooms are not the most cozy, but for the cost/location it's fine.

Great service, check-in and check-out was fast and pleasant. Rooms were very clean; staff was attentive and polite. Centrally located on I-drive, I'd definitely recommended this hotel to people who want easy highway and attraction access.

Quite a noisy location. We were located in building 3 which is next to the busy highway.
The rooms were mediocre at best bathroom adequate but by no means luxury. The air conditioning was very noisy. The whole place had a very budget feel which is fine if you get budget prices.
On a positive the pool area is nice and clean and the beds comfy all in all not a bad stay.

Pool area was great. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The room floor was a (wood laminate?), clean and obviously very easy for them to keep clean but for me felt a little less cozy. Other than that good place to stay.

Top notch customer service at the front desk. Very courteous and attentive. Room and beds were spacious and comfortable. The four star rating comes from the inept housekeeping staff. At 9:45 AM, without knocking, one of them opened my door and looked at me like I was the crazy one! Needless to say I reported this to the front desk and was reimbursed for the resort/housekeeping fee. Still, would stay here again.

Doesn't have the resort feel at all. Just a glorified hotel is all. Room was big and bed was comfortable. Pool area is big and nice for kids. Food from the little cafe was good. However you can only have it delivered to your room if paying cash. So you have to walk all the way down to pay with a card, which most of us do so that knocks it down a notch for me. Nice hotel, a joke of a resort.

When we got in it was hot outside but we didn't expect our room to be hotter. We set our AC to the lowest setting but it wasn't cooler than a fan. We called the desk and they quickly sent someone. He was condescending asking us if we made sure the settings were correct and if we tried turning it off and on again. After telling him we did he made an excuse that it wasn't cold because it was on the lowest setting. We obviously weren't okay with that since he, himself said the room was way too hot. He asked if we wanted him to replace it. I don't believe that should even be a question when he knows its broken. He did replace it quickly but he made only a small effort to clean his mess. Aside from all this the rooms are small. The bathroom barely gives you room to shower/bathe let alone change since its the only private area in the room. The floors are laminate which looks nice but after walking around all day our party agreed that the floors are not welcoming to our feet. I will say that the front desk staff were kind and happy to assist. I also enjoy how late the amenities are open. Our beds were also comfortable but overall the experience has not been worth the cost due to their rude maintenance and lack to properly check rooms before letting their guests stay in the room. Also the lack of privacy also impacts the stay. When seeing resort you have an expectation that the room will look nice, not like a basic motel.
