This hotel is in the Medical District. They have a secured garage for parking and secure entrances. The staff is amazingly friendly and nice. The Manager has hired some wonderful caring people. The rooms are awesome. Really cool looking. Very clean and well kept. Love, love, love this hotel. It wasn't that expensive either, considering the rest of Miami. You'll love it. Will upload photos later.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

We had a great stay here the night before our cruise. The rooms are quite larger. We had the king suite which had a King bed and a sofa bed, it worked out for 4 people. The sofa bed was definitely not as comfortable as the king bed but it was okay for one night. The breakfast was the typical continental breakfast with plenty of options hot and cold.

We stayed 1 night at the Marriott. We had to drive around the building twice, before we found the parking garage to park the car in. It's kind of an odd set up to park the car and get into the hotel. When we arrived the rooms were ready, but when we got to the rooms the keys didn't work. The staff fixed the issue quickly by sending somebody up with new keys. When we are checking out the next morning the elevators to the garage didn't work, so we had to walk up to flights in a parking garage to get to our car. The nice thing about the hotel was the rooms had been completely redone and were very pretty and the bed was very comfortable.

Rooms recently updated but the lobby area was ridiculously hot. Could not stand to be anywhere not the room. Would've eaten there when leaving but too hot to sit there. Checked thermostat behind check in counter and was consistently 82 degrees. Elevator was a sauna. Probably hotter inside than outside. Room was nice however and good location for our stay. A decent hotel like that being so freaking hot inside was a joke.

My stay was great. It was very convenient in terms of location to the Uhealth medical facilities where I am receiving medical attention and they even provided a shuttle bus to and from there. Which was amazing. The room was nice and impeccably clean and the maid was very personable. Food was tasty and affordable. Breakfast was complimentary but not catering much to a vegan. The only thing was parking on the side of the hotel which was a small challenge. Overall, I loved it and would come again.

Came to Miami for a getaway weekend with some friends. Absolutely love this hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff and was helped right away. Lobby was clean, rooms and hallways were cleaned too. Parking sucked only because you had to pay $17/night to park in the parking garage, if not you can choose to park on the side of the road. Overall, had an amazing time. I gave it a 4 out of 5 only because we paid for a one night stay, thinking if we decide to stay here again we could just re-book it in the morning.. NOPE!!!! Staff said they were completely booked until Monday and couldn't rebook the room.(thought they make exceptions in case you liked the stay and want to rebook) So that was a little disappointing but overall I loved this hotel!! Called for more towels and rags they came right away.. 👍👍👍

I was impressed by this hotel that we selected while we visited a friend in the hospital. The rooms were up to date, from bedding and decor. My king suite offered plenty of room for both work and sleep. The hotel Staff was friendly and attentive. Hallway flooring is dated, but aside from that very nice. You cannot beat the convenience to the University of Miami hospital - just an easy walk. Parking was pricey per night ($17/night) - it's less if you opt to keep your car at the hospital ($8/day). Daily breakfast had a nice variety of foods with some surprising healthy food options. The lobby lounge was very nice which included a bar and dining until 10pm.

Service staff went above and beyond for logistics and any issues guests may have. The rooms were clean and nice and modern. A very comfortable and pleasant stay! I would recommend this to anyone. The food and bar are also excellent and it's a convenient location.

My wife and I stay here when she has clinic appointments. Closest hotel to the hospital. Neighborhood is a as little rough. It has improved over the 2 years we've been coming here. I've never felt unsafe walking to the hospital or to the local food places at anytime. Don't act like a tourist.

There is a Dunkin Donuts, Jimmy John's,and 7 11 within a block of the hotel. The staff have been great. The rooms are ok. Set up is convenient with a sink in the shower and bathroom. Secured Parking for 17.00 a night is a little steep. But, hey it's Miami

Overall we have had pleasant experience using this venue. My review is based on 20 + stays here over the last 2 years.

The staff was not welcoming, not friendly in any way. The room was nice but they tried giving me a smaller room than I paid for. I had to question it and they were not apologetic at all

Difficult to check-in, difficult to park in the gated garage. Room was decent. A pre or post cruise party hotel for sure. Not my scene. It may be for others. Staff was nice and accommodating therefore getting 4 stars instead of 3. Price was reasonable.
