If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

I would recommend this hotel. The staff was accommodating and very friendly. Our flight was bumped up two hours so I called the hotel to see if they'd hold our luggage if a room wasn't ready. Upon arrival the front desk clerk was welcoming and took my number to call once a room was ready. We walked around the block

I HAVE STAYED IN NUMEROUS FIVE STAR HOTELS IN THE WORLD AND THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. THIS FACILITY DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE A 5 STAR HOTEL. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH RUDENESS AND DISRESPECT. I ADVISE ANYONE TO STAY IN THE MANDARIN ORIENTAL HOTEL INSTEAD. THE MANDARIN IS VERY AFFORDABLE, HAS AN INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY STAFF AND TREATS EACH GUEST EQUAL REGARDLESS OF THEIR ETHNICITY.

Love it, the bellhop that works there named Marcus was awesome and a big help with letting us know whats in the area. I have to come back there again, great service.

When only the very best that Miami has to offer will do, booking this hotel is the smartest move you can make. Location is to die for and everything about this hotel leads the pack in trendsetting and modern design. There was a small issue with valet when we first arrived.
