Super clean (I tend to rate hotels by cleanliness), but when I requested more towels, they were a little slow. My room did come with a nice view though.

This is a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. I stayed here 1 week after hurricane Irma struck the area and all of the staff were very nice even with the personal struggles they were going through. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed during Labor Day Weekend. First time staying at this hotel in Miami but I would stay again. The rooms were clean and spacious, staff was nice, we had a view of the downtown area, the hotel is right around restaurants, bars or you can go to the bistro within the hotel. It's walking distance to the Bayside Marketplace and 15-20 min drive to south beach. When we opted out of getting the room cleaned, housekeeping would leave bags of fresh towels at the door, really appreciated that. Valet is like $50/a night which is higher than any other hotel valet I've experienced but that didn't tarnish my views of the hotel.

Always a local favorite with excellent location. The Bistro has a wonderful breakfast and the best staff of the hotel. I bring and will keep bringing a lot of my clients to this hotel . Thank you for all you do and your attention to detail.

The staff at this establishment were GREAT! They made our trip worth every minute. On our last night there they went above and beyond by giving us champagne and strawberries before we returned from our night on the town. They did not have to do this but it was definitely appreciated. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you!

The hotel is nice; however, the shower was not clean. Hair was on the walls and I didn't notice it until I was showering. Recommend you ensure the staff is cleaning completely. This left me a little leary about the cleanliness of the room.

Hotel room was well stocked and equipped with amenities. Lots of outlets, comfortable bathroom. The view was ok. Not much expected, given it was downtown. Decent free parking for Miami. The cafe was under renovations, but looked nice. I heard they have some nice dinner deal, like a beer and a rack of ribs for $12, or something. The immediate location is great to stay. Good restaurants and a Whole Foods right next door. Unfortunately, no free coffee, (other than 1 make-it-yourself in the room) no free breakfast.

Great area within walking distance of Brickell and the new City Centre. It's also walking distance to the Government Center as well as Biscayne Bay. The hotel is well kept with friendly staff. I'll definitely be back.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Also well-appointed with fridge, microwave and seating area. Hotel has a pool, lots of parking, an informal eatery and a 24 hr. snack pantry. The hotel is also well-located on edge of downtown, across the street from Whole Foods, and a short walk to many downtown and Brickell district restaurant​s. Transportation options are also plentiful. Solid choice if you don't need to be walking distance to a beach.
