Hotel looked great but there are some definite design flaws in the rooms. Frosted glass doors on the bathroom is weird when you can see the shadow of someone using the bathroom and since the glass is frosted, turning the bathroom light on at night wakes everyone up in the room.

There wasn't a whole lot of noise from other rooms. Decent breakfast, waffles, cereal, eggs and fruit included. Very clean. The shower with massage jets was a very nice surprise. I have already booked my next stay here.

Front desk associate was nice, though the computer system was down and check-in had to be handled manually. Room was pleasant. Checkout at front desk was fairly easy, but a manager had to help fix an inaccuracy on the bill.

Rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The beds were too soft, I like a little firmness. Continental breakfast I did not try but the kids enjoyed it. Very friendly staff

The lobby is nice and that is the only positive about this hotel. The rooms smell bad. Made reservations for several rooms and one of the rooms were not available so they were sent to a hotel down the street. Management not very professional. Ended up speaking to 800 customer service til 1 am. I am a gold member with Marriott and I would not recommend this hotel.

I was able to get a room here at last minute with no problem. I was so glad I choose this place, especially after seeing the great delicious and healthy breakfast they had. Then when I came back to my room in the afternoon, the beds where made and I was given more soap and shampoo in the bathroom. It was a wonderful experience overall staying at this lovely Marriott hotel. You will love it too.

Interesting location. The rooms were quite clean. The design of the room was a bit on the odd side. If in the Macon area again, I would stay here. The government rate was very reasonable compared to the AAA or rack rate. The only complaint that I had was that breakfast was cleaned up and put away much before 9 a.m. So we were unable to take advantage of that. The staff should probably check their breakfast clocks.

Front desk showed excellent service and really made me feel at home. Beautiful hotel and an extravagant interior design. Breakfast was horrible. The bread, bagels, muffins etc we're not covered up. Those items were rock hard & uneatable.
