Very good overnight stop for us. Right off I75, and close to Carrabbas, Outback and other restaurants. Clean facility all the way around, huge room with mini kitchen and sofa. Typical breakfast buffet, served by a real nice lady who we enjoyed talking with. We'll definitely return!

From the Hilton rep that made my reservation possible to front desk to the breakfast attendant they bend over backwards to make sure your experience is EXCELLENT.

Rooms and furnishings are nice. Breakfast is very good. Evening snacks are pathetic. Last night was some sort of tiny, dry, Mexican burrito thing that had been nujed and was served with soy sauce and an egg roll sauce. Staff is very nice. I have to sleep during the day people cleaning rooms are too noisy in the hall.

From the moment we entered the hotel we were treated with warmth and hospitality. The breakfast is great. The rooms are lovely. Every member of staff went out of their way to make sure our every need was met.

Good location, (sort of) friendly staff, clean room. My stay was mostly the Hampton Inn standard; the staff seemed to tolerate my arrival and departure. Breakfast missed the mark a bit: some sort of cheese concoction on a biscuit (?) and tired sausage. The hard boiled eggs seemed a day old and were tucked away behind something else. The rest of the usual breakfast was there. The room was alright except we could not figure out how to get the temp below 68 and fan on high (white noise). Bed was comfy and the property is well maintained.

poor quality of food, lack of preparation and no followup after it was placed in location. Attendant merely used ladle to remove water without removing from serving line, not professional. I feel that more training and concern should be followed.

Staff was great! Hotel was wonderful! Pool, breakfast, our roomfantastic! Just a quick stay on our way to FL So glad we choose this hotel!

Just a quick overnight stop to break up a trip from Ohio to Florida for vacation. My 2 kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Room was clean and comfortable, and had microwave and fridge. Breakfast including waffles , eggs and fresh fruit served starting at 6AM, allowed us to get an early start back on the road.

I had the pleasure of staying with you all on last night 01/21/17, due to a power outage in my area. Being in hospitality for over 25 years, I know excellent customer service when I see it. The Front Desk staff Delise was very professional, the room was very clean and comfortable. My concern is in the breakfast area, there is a lady by the name of Ada who may need some more customer service training. I observed her speak to every caucasian person as they entered, I spoke along with other African American and she did not speak. I asked her where was the jelly and she pointed to it, but quickly assisted Caucasian people. I further observe her go around to every Caucasian person table, remove their emptied plates, but not the African American. I also watched her tell every Caucasian person good bye and have a safe trip, but not one African American. You clearly have a problem there. Before I go on Trip Advisor, I wanted you the Hotel, GM, Corporate to know that I'm sure that's not how you want to be represented.

My home away from home when I make my once a month visit to our Macon office. Friendly staff, convenient to interstate 75 and plenty of choices for restaurants.
