Clean room, clean location, dog friendly, easy access, and a reasonable continental breakfast. At this price, you couldn't ask for more, it gives you exactly what you need.

Came here to work out of town. Was nice in the beginning but the longer we were here the more our room was neglected. Didn't change our sheets in over a month and also decide that floor didn't need to be vacuumed during that period of time. Front desk clerks are friendly

Clean property inside and out. Great guest room with comfortable beds. Free breakfast bar was tasty and very filling. Great staff.

First room we went to smelled like vomit (room 221)and had stains all over couch and carpet. Second room smelled so bad like mildew and when I called the front desk again they said they were booked full and had no other rooms available. When I woke up I the morning my eyes were swollen, nose clogged, and horrible headache from whatever mildew or mold was in that room (room 309). Also couldn't find tv remote when i called front desk they said to cone to front desk and get another one personally i think they should have brought it to me but maybe I'm wrong. Canceled our reservation for when we returned from the cruise will never stay here again. Also location is very close to the port but you have to drive 10 miles away to the airport for parking so you might as well stay by the airport.

Front desk clerk get helpful. Clean room and bath. Breakfast was enough for getting back on the road. Only needed one night but would recommend if having to stay longer.

Raven, who checked us in, was fantastic. We had an extremely late arrival and she was fast and efficient, and did everything with a smile. The rooms were nicely sized but in need of upgrade. The hotel is being converted from a Comfort Inn, so the lobby upgrade is coming along. The rest just needs to catch up. The breakfast was good with lots of options. Good place to stay with the kids. Not much close by from a neighborhood perspective Convenient to the freeway. Average place with great staff.

Location was good. Front desk very helpful. Room was nice and comfortable. The young lady working the breakfast area on Sunday, June 11 was very upset that guests were there. She was slamming the cabinet doorskicked two of them closedand was making everyone aware that the food would be gone at 10 sharp! While cleaning the table behind me, she pushed a chair into my chair 3 times. I guess that she wanted me out of her way. Very poor hospitality. Everyone other employee there did a great job.

Decent hotel. It's in an industrial location, so not many "views". But it's really close to the zoo, and we got a better deal here than at the hotels closer to the airport. Service was good, and the rooms were clean. We went on a weekday and it was fairly quiet. Which is nice. The breakfast could've been better though.
