So as I try to explain what it was this woman absolutely would not listen to me the customer. Aggravating yea
Still no biggy.
As she shut me up five times because she could not stop talking about things she had no idea about.. talking over me that many times Pisses me off

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Adelle(front desk) , Lindsey(front desk), Adam(front desk), Shiloh(front desk), Will and Ron (maintenance) are such a great staff. They are friendly and accommodating. Always in good spirits, very professional. My stay here was lovely and so is the Hampton itself. Breakfast was great! Adelle was especially sweet. She was a wealth of information for me during my stay and I enjoyed chatting with her all the time. I want to thank you all for being great at your job. People take notice.

One of the better Hampton Inn around. Room was nice (for a HI). In a good location with quick access to a couple of major roads. Equal distance from downtown Jville and the beach. Free breakfast and lunch bag for all.

Some negatives. Views from hotel are very poor though because you are surrounded by a gas station and an apartment complex. Pool is small and outdoor. Gym is small with no weights and maybe just 1 treadmill and bike.

Overall worth the money, but don't expect more than a 3-star hotel experience. 4/5

Awesome place! Very neat and tidy room. Extremely modern! Loved it! I was surprised with how cheap it was too. Guess that's all depending what time of year you stay though.

Great staff and good rooms. The high ceiling on the first floor rooms are great! I felt right at home and the location was perfect.

They are still renovating this hotel, but we have stayed there twice (Jan 2017 and June 2017) and both times our room was clean, comfortable, beds & pillows were comfortable, breakfast was wonderful, front desk staff very helpful. My only complaint would be that the rooms are somewhat small. But if you are really only there to sleep, the rooms are fine. If you are planning on spending significant time in your room then you may get a little claustrophobic.

Great staff members! Great breakfast and pool is cleaned every time I have went out to swim! My room was very clean and they cleaned it every day!! I only wished they keep the hot tub but other that it was a great experience!!! :)

Great personal, very clean rooms, and comfortable matresses and pillows.

Great complementary breakfast, everything was fresh and great coffee.

I was mislead when I made the reservation. Their are no rooms with two queen beds and sofa bed.

In the future, this property would be my first pick in this part of Jacksonville.

I highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

Even though under construction, the rooms are very nice and spacious. Beautiful furnishings. Refrigerator, microwave and storage for dry non-perishable food. However, there is no place to unpack comfortably. No dresser drawers.

Second time I've stayed here. The service was great especially Danny who helped out above and beyond a couple different times over the weekend. After doing a physical certification at Karate America HQ I was passed checkout time but he let me go back to my room to shower and change before leaving. Breakfast being included is always a big plus. Will be back next time I miss in town again!

Service was great but due to the large event that we attended it looked like they weren't ready for the amount of people booking rooms. 1 guest was sent to our room (around midnight) by mistake. Our ac is in poor condition but functions. The room was clean and staff was very happy to assist us with anything we had issue with. I'd stay here again but they should be more prepared for large events in the area! (And not send guests to the wrong room at midnight!)
