The A.C. unit was very loud at times. Other than that it was a nice room. Nice dining area as well for breakfast.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Very nice hotel for the price. Clean common areas, and very well kept. The rooms are decent with a nice sized desk to get work done. I stayed here in order to work at the airport, which is very close, and it was quiet so I could still rest at odd hours of the day. I would gladly stay here for work again.

This place is very outdated and smells musty when you enter the lobby. It has one small, slow elevator serving three floors. The bed is well used and not particularly comfortable. It is close to the airport and the breakfast was fine, although nothing spectacular. The coffee pots were empty. The staff was friendly and helpful but overall, I will choose a different location the next time I'm in Jacksonville.

The desk attendant and check in were better this trip. Internet is slow and I reported it and actually was not met with resistance. I reported the cable TV issue with the channels freezing and no signal message. I went to use the exercise room and my card did not work. I have replaced my room key several times as it just stopped working. The food is good for the breakfast. Fresh fruit and the layout and design of the rooms are not well planned. Location is great for getting to everywhere you may want to visit to include shopping.

The room was nice and clean. I reserved my room for a discounted price via an third party website. The bathroom could use a little updating. Breakfast was very good. My a/c unit didn't work properly. My boyfriend and I had to turn it off and on to get it working.

No internet and a flooded room spoiled my last stay. I know it was because of the bad weather but I expected some attention to be paid to my soaked carpet.

Typical airport hotel that reflects the Fairfield Inn and Suites brand nicely. They have an airport shuttle but I did not use it. Ample parking, and easy to find. Very small market pantry with limited items to buy. There is a convenience store, subway, and Dunkin donuts nearby. The curtains do a standard job of blocking the light (I'm very light sensitive when sleeping) -- nothing fantastic.

Upon arrival the experience was good. Once we stepped into the room that's when we had issues. We had two rooms one was a handicapped accessible room and one was a two queen bedroom. The handicap accessible had a smell which could not be tolerable. I went down to the front desk and the gentlemen handed me some spray and told me to spray the room and if that doesn't work out then he'll move us. Well as expected the spray didn't help. So they moved us to another room it wasn't bad. Next morning my husband and I checked our account and realize we both was charged twice for both rooms. When we notice we immediately went down to the front desk and told them what happened. He try to explain it off but it didn't make any sense. The night before I swipe my card the young lady told me my card didn't work which was unusual so my husband went ahead and use his card. Well somehow between the swipes she end up charging us twice for two rooms. Not only that the swipes were for different amounts. He tried to assure that neither one of the cards would be charged because the room was paid with my Marriott points. Well as of two days later the charges are still pending on both credit cards we will wait till Monday to see what happens if this doesn't get fixed the proper way Marriott will be hearing from us.

The rooms were nice. Very clean and fresh. I didn't eat breakfast, so I can't judge that. The pool area was ok. In order to use the hot tub you have to go to the Residence Inn next door. The staff was very friendly and pleasant.
