The staff was very accommodating. They offered to help load up our bags and give directions. They were exceedingly courteous.

Fantastic location for walking to all of the town square shopping. Coffee shop off lobby was nice touch. Hotel and rooms are brand new and we'll appointed. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

My stay was my great! Friendly staff, beautiful clean room, and an amazing Sunday brunch to end my weekend on a high note. On top of that, it was located in the middle of an adorable shopping center, where we had plenty to do within walking distance, if we didn't feel like driving. Thank you!

It's a beautiful hotel situated in the middle of a shopping mall. Everything you need is right at the walking distance. If you love nature, ask for a room with the lake/city center view and if you like the city view ask for the front facing room

Only there for a wedding. Pretty nice facility. Clean and professional. Saw some security looking furiously for someone but out side that, it was a fun event.

The champagne, chocolate,and rose petals exceeded our expectations! We truly had a heavenly wedding night, the breakfast was delicious. Everything was perfect, my new wife and I love Hilton Garden Hotel we will stay again.

Stayed here this week with a family member after surgery (nice to be in the same room with her at least the nt of). The staff was excellent and very accommodating with wheel chair assistance, special accommodations in the room, and even just friendly "how's the patient doing" check ins. The 5th floor- executive level with the concierges room was extra nice and well worth it. Free wifi and valet too . You cannot beat the customer service and cleanliness of this hotel. Thanks to all the caring staff!

What a beautiful hotel with friendly staff. I was a tiny bit surprised by the lack of us ports (I had a cable to charge my phone but forgot the plug in) and the inability to rent a movie or check out via the tv. Absolutely everything else was fantastic including the response time of Southlake p.d. (there is a button on the phone that, when pressed accidentally, dials 911 for you so we got to meet 2 nice officers 😃)

The room was very clean and inviting with a home but modern touch. Complimentary Fiji waters and extra comfy pillows. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved being right in the square walking distance from everything. Will absolutely visit again
