I have been going to Toyota dealership for about eight years. They do a good job and I feel that they are reliable. Appointments are easy to make and usually take about the time that they tell you. The waiting room is nice with lots of refreshments: drinks, specialty coffee machine, popcorn, fruit and freshly baked cookies. There is also a room for kids to hangout, with their parents, to watch kid-friendly TV or play.

Buying a new Prius at Smart went about how I wanted it to go. Straight forward, simple, no haggling. They might have had a chance to sell me on an extended service agreement if they'd brought it up earlier in the process, but by letting it be part of a last-minute pitch by the finance guy after I'd settled on my cost, there was no chance. I didn't ring the gong before I drove off with the new car, which suited me just fine.

I went to have my oil changed in their Express Service area, only to be informed that they only service Toyota brand vehicles. Bizzare. Nowhere is that listed on their website. I guess they didn’t want my money (and future money).

No worries: I just went somewhere else with better service, higher quality materials, for less money. It’s a shame. We were looking at a Camry for our next vehicle and will—rest assured—be actively avoiding Smart Toyota.

Went to Budget Smart 10/20/2017. Very accommodating service. Two managers helped me immediately. I was treated with a great amount of respect and service. Initially, I saw a particular vehicle I was interested in online which was helpful to me in order be efficient in my search. There are many dealerships in Madison, but I wanted to get the vehicle the same day I was shopping.

Tim was the sales associate I worked most directly with; very personable and friendly. (Wish I could recall the other Manager's name; but he was very helpful as well!) At the end of the day of shopping I was really pleased driving away in my newly purchased Toyota.

I recommend giving Smart Motors Toyota a visit if you are looking for a good used vehicle. I needed to replace my vehicle that was 'totaled' due to hitting a deer on the way to work in the early morning hours.

After talking with a service manager, I brought my car in for an expensive repair. The manager had verbally confirmed what was wrong with the car and what parts that they would be replacing. Not only did they not do the full agreed upon work, but after the "repair", which they may not have even done, it still doesn't work. They quoted me an hour for the work, it took them nearly three.

When I said it wasn't fair to charge me full price for them to not fix my problem, they threatened to impound my car. No remorse, no empathy, no help on actually fixing the problem. They even fought with me about taking a coupon I had presented well ahead of time and tried to charge more than the price I had in writing.

I was willing to pay a lot extra to get genuine Toyota parts and genuine Toyota servicemen to do the work. I wanted it to be quick, painless, and to be done right, but this experience was anything but painless, and despite all the time and effort, I still have a broken car. It's quite clear now that their high prices go into their giant palace of a building, and not into actually helping their customers or providing good service.

From the moment we entered the doors, the staff of Smart Motors was ready and willing to help in answering any and all questions we had about the car buying experience. In the end, we got the exact vehicle we wanted for a great price. We will definitely return to Smart Toyota for our car buying needs.

I just leased my second vehicle through Smart Motors and again am very impressed! Worked with Scott Nelson for sales and I left with no questions. He is very knowledgeable and honest. Dana in financing is amazing and she got everything taken care of so quickly! I am absolutely loving my new 4Runner and I highly recommend Smart Motors if you're looking for a vehicle, especially Scott and Dana!

We drove three hours to look at a used 4Runner at Smart Budget, and they did an accurate job of describing details and condition online and over the phone. We felt taken care of but not pressured, and went home with the 4Runner. So far so good! I will definitely recommend them to others.

Had yet another great experience with Smart Motors! Just leased my third vehicle with them, and am really enjoying my new Toyota Corolla. Everything went smoothly with the leasing process--from Clint showing me my options, going on a test drive, choosing the vehicle, filling out the financial paperwork, and finally--the fun part--picking up my vehicle! The salesperson Javier was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and attentive to my wishes and concerns. My satisfaction seemed important to him, and he repeatedly went out of his way to see to it. There was no pressure from him whatsoever. He also gave me a good price on my vehicle. Very happy customer!

Couldn't have gone any better! Scott Nelson is the best car dealer I've ever dealt with! This is the third car we have bought from him and we will buy another car from him when it comes time to buy another! Price was fair, trade in was fair, and he took the time to show us how everything works on the vehicle, plus paired our phones and garage door opener! Very happy with the purchase!

Love the service, love the waiting area. (Can't beat free chair massages while waiting.) Kids room is great. I would actually give 4.5 stars if I could, and I'd give 5 if only they did a better job washing my car (they always forget the rear of the car). But since the car wash is complimentary, I can't complain, right?
