The service is great. The location is really close to a few restaurants, the lift for skiing and snowboarding, and other shops. The room I stayed in was very spacious and comfortable.
My wife and I stayed at the Silverado for her birthday. The place was great and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly we met Ben the manager and Ace at the front desk. Later my wife and I tried out the hot tub and sauna which were awesome. My phone has a magnetic case which disabled the room key. We paged the front desk asking to be let back in to the hotel. Ace went out of his way not just coming out to let us in but also brought a new working room key without us even asking or mentioning the trouble. Great staff and great accommodations and the room was very clean. Environment was very quite and the walk to the ski lifts was incredibly doable. It was not nearly as far as I presumed it would be based off the description online.
Very clean, located at the base of Canyons resort. The rooms were spectacular and had lots of room. We had a meeting with our team of 15 it was a great environment. Only issue was trying to use the stairs to get to the lobby
Nice and quiet. Beautiful rooms. Definitely worth the upgrade to a one bedroom suite. Pool and hot tub nice in any weather. Great location. I'd give 5 stars of there were more people here to make it live!
This lodge is one part of a complex, so not only does it not have a restaurant, it does not even have a cafe, or any amenities, yet it charges an additional "amenities" fee ($22/day) for "access to amenities". That means you must hike to other lodges nearby even for drinks and meals. Don't care to use amenities? No matter; must pay regardless. Otherwise, the room and bathroom are very nice.
I stayed here for a computer conference. The hotel staff was nice but they ended up charging my incidental card for the cost of my room, which was a major pain. The room was nice, but the fireplace would not turn on, and the light in the shower flickered annoyingly for my entire stay. I liked the stone shower and bathroom, and it was nice that the parking lot had underground parking. It is super pretty here, especially in the fall when it snows just above the hotel.
Great place for a conference. Seats are comfortable to sit in which is important when you sit for an hour or more during talks. Food is good during banquets. Coffee and water are readily available. Only downside is the beer and specifically the beer prices, it's $7 a bottle! I never stayed here overnight, I only attended a conference during the day so I can't speak to the rooms or service for lodging.
Great staff. I had a studio with a pull down bed. Wonderful bed. Mini kitchen completely stocked. Glass shower. I will book when I return to Park City.
Wonderful hotel! Clean, affordable, and a friendly staff make this place great! We will be back for sure!
I came for my anniversary during spring and we loved it. The location is very close to both the outlet stores and historic main Street. The room we stayed in was nice and we had underground garage parking.
The hotel was very well kept up. The staff was attentive and polite. They were quite accommodating. The fireplace in the room was a nice touch. The shuttle to the slope was never more than five minutes away.
Silverado Lodge is a great place to stay near the slopes. The rooms have lots of space, are clean, comfortable, and have everything you would need for a stay of any duration (washing machine/dryer and kitchen complete with a full size fridge and dishwasher). The car garage is excellent for winter weather as it keeps your vehicle out of the elements and is quick and convenient to access via the elevator near the rooms. The lodge also has a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi for some excellent relaxation opportunities in the snow. Last, it's proximity to the ski lifts makes it very convenient for those that enjoy winter sports. If the cost doesn't deter you, I highly recommend staying here.
