  Very short lift lines, fun runs, good snow. Went early in the season so most of the terrain wasn't open, but still a very fun day. Some of the best food I've had at a ski resort.

  The village is pretty, but the mountain is confusing, not groomed well even though there's plenty of snow. I don't see them making any artificial snow, so they can open more slopes. Yesterday (12/24) there were only 20 out of 77 slopes open. In the East coast, with such good conditions, the entire mountain would be open. Not much effort here. Also the lifts disembarking is awkward. I am surprised that for Christmas the ice rink is not open.

  We came for a work ski day. I'd never been skiing before, but the class was good, and Brad went absolutely above and beyond as a teacher. The employees at the Honeycomb Grill were great as well.

  It was the perfect indoor space. Pool and hot tub, pool table and theater all available. The night life was warming and friendly. The view in the sunlight was breathtaking.

  Beautiful resort and quiet due to off season. We stayed a few nights to attend a wedding. Check-in easy and staff were great. The wifi a little slow due to the avalanche rated buildings. Cell service (all carriers) inside the building is also limited.

  Amazing disc golf course, just keep a close eye on your throws and expect to take 3 hours to play. If you don't want to pay the lift fee. Then park at the silver lake, there is a hike to the first hole that's apx. a mile long and really enjoyable. Do not wear open toe shoes, so many things to stub a toe on.

  I had a work retreat here and it was a lovely place. The buildings are beautiful. The pizzeria has a grass roof, which is awesome if you appreciate environmentally friendly and interesting architecture. The bathrooms were fine, but not great and the drinking fountain wasn't working. Other than that it is a wonderful mountain retreat. Lots of great hiking nearby.

  Was working in the area,I love it up there couldn't ask for a better place to be on a hot summer day. The sights are amazing and the people are always friendly.. Will defiantly go back when I have more time.

  We did a day trip up to Solitude. It was gorgeous. It didn't feel crowded at all. It was very peaceful. We did the short version of the disc golf course. I thought it was a very fun course, just be sure to have a spotter. The other part of our group and to the little lake and really enjoyed it. I felt this place was family friendly. I would love to go back and make it an overnight stay.

  We went skiing at solitude for the first time and it was beautiful! The food was amazing and the resort was clean. Everyone was so nice when we were renting stuff and everyone running the lifts were nice as well.

  For a small mountain, it was great! It's a little "older" - the bathroom stalls are TINY and you can't hang your coat or anything outside of the stall. I would say that's my biggest gripe. However, 1) there are lots of varied runs, 2) the staff is friendly and helpful, 3) the cafeteria had yummy curry and POUTINE. (The veggie + rice noodle soup was terrible. Don't get that. And the chicken pot pie was good but the crust on top was sad and soft.)

  I've been coming here for many years. First off, love the mountain. The terrain is great, staff is always friendly, and the amenities have improved greatly over the years. Food is now great, especially for a ski resort, and the resort is hardly ever crowded. My favorite resort hands down, would recommend to anyone.

  Great skiing! It's a bit steeper than Brighton but not overly so - there's plenty of intermediate terrain here. The parking lot is also a bit smaller than Brighton and can fill up really fast.
  
  Plenty of great tree skiing opportunities. Somewhat like the name implies it's not very crowded here, even when the parking lot is full.

  The skiing was great, parking not so much. Our options were to park over a mile up the road, which we did not want to do, or prowl the parking lot. We opted for the second option, and it took an hour to find a spot. Once we were on the mountain we had a great time. Snow was good, lift lines were short, stoke was high.
