Enjoyed staying here as part of the membership to Hilton. We stayed in a large two bedroom with a living space. Everything was well equipped. Location was close to the lifts, some basic shopping and restaurants. There currently is some construction going on the street that creates some early noise. Enjoyed the morning coffee machine in the lobby. The gym and pool area also met expectations.

Sales presentation person was very time. Room overall was great too, I had a studio and there were great amenities. Most of the people were nice but there was a guy that was a bit rude. Otherwise solid stay.

Great services and very clean. We had a dual room with a kitchen in the middle. Pool, hot tube, and fitness room are well maintain. In-laws had the time share and enjoy it.

The rooms are incredible. Its right down the road from Park City and plenty of delicious restaurants. The staff and concierge were very helpful.

Great location and have a lot of shopping, dining, and activities to do. Staffs are super helpful and friendly. Enjoyed my family's 4 weeks stayed there. Kitchen is big and good enough for us to cook some family meals during our stay. The refrigerator is spacious, cold, and functional with water filter for the cold water outlet. Love the gas stove for cooking and super high power microwave.
The 1-bedroom bed is large king size and comfortable. However, the sleeping sofa in the living room is not very supportive and soft. Also the bedding of the sleeping sofa is also not the same quality of bedding like in the bedroom.
The gym has a bike, two treadmills, two ecliptic walkers, weights, for all kind of workout. The outdoor pool and two spas are great and warm.response / report this review -

Just spent a week at the Sunrise Lodge in Park City. Gotta say the staff was outstanding! The Valet guys were awesome and very helpful from tips on restaurants to other local shops. Can't compliment that crew enough. Their Concierge's are fabulous and snuck in a few deals for us at the local attractions. We had a few minor issues in our Condo and their Maint guys were super friendly and quickly resolved the problem. Thanks George!
Very friendly staff at an amazing resort. Kudos and thanks for the fun week. Now if you guys could just shorten the drive time from Kansas to there.:)

My wife and I own at The Bay Club on the big island of Hawaii. This was our first experience at Sunrise Lodge and it was great. We had 9 people and used our points for a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom suite on the top floor. The rooms were beautiful and the service was excellent. While the hotel is mandatory valet parking, you get a free vehicle as an owner for each room of beds you get (we got 4 free cars). I highly recommend this property.

The staff are friendly and attentive. The property is clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable with quality linens. Valet is free of charge for guests.

I should preface this review by saying that I am an owner at this property. This is pretty much a necessity because it is almost impossible to get a place during ski season without having the lead time on the rest of the guests that ownership provides. That being said, this property is really falling apart. While we were there, they had a pipe burst very early in the morning which trigger the fire alarm for hours. There were bits of ceiling and wall falling down around everywhere and a ton of water damage. We were fortunate in that our suite was in the other building, but the whole property lost a good amount of water pressure for a day. That evening when we tried to give our kid a bath the water was brown. No compensation or anything was ever offered. I sure hope those poor blokes in the other building got something, but from what I heard in the hot tub in the evenings, that wasn't the case.
We have been going to this particular property for a few years now and not all of our trips have been like this. But I do wonder what my annual fees are going for if not property upkeep?response / report this review -

We were invited to hear about the vacation rental program through Hilton. Our sales rep Jared was very kind and patient, especially with our nearly four-year-old and one month old in tow. We did not overnight on site, but rather at the DoubleTree in town. However we did tour a two bedroom condo, and it was beautiful. There was no hard selling and we were treated with kindness and respect, even though we did not purchase at this time.

The rooms are nice and large with a full kitchen and multiple bathroom s. Also the beds are really comfortable. Most rooms have a patio which is nice for sitting outside. There is also a couple hot tubs as well as a heated pool which is nice for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The fitness center is also really nice but it is not large. Overall there are many great feature s and it is a good place to stay for all ages.
