They upgraded me to a suite for my birthday. The room is beautiful and spotless. Obviously customer service is above and beyond.

Stayed 4 nights at this location and decided to switch hotel chains since I am platinum with Marriott. First impressions are that the place is fairly new and the staff were very friendly. In fact, day two I asked Matt at the front desk to have maintenance fix the fluorescent bulb in the bathroom so I wouldn't have to shave in the dark. Request was fulfilled and a nice little note was left behind (see photo). The hotel has pretty good coffee, free breakfast and the 2 queen room I had was fairly large in size. I used the jacuzzi and the internet was adequate. Another bonus is actually their points program which allows for what they call "double dipping" which means simply I earn hotel and airline miles of my choice. Only complaint was last day I was taking a nap and the housekeeping staff was trying to open the door around 1400 even with the privacy sign posted. I had to get up and tell them to quit trying to get in my room as I had the latch enabled. Other than that, highly recommend and would stay here again if in the area. Thanks for reading. - downgrade: you guys really screwed up my charge, 3 weeks to get it fixed, i could not submit my expense report, no help on the Corp side, I'll be trying the new place down the road next time.

Stayed in room 123. Very nice, clean and comfortable room w/ polite staff. Only negative experienced was the showerhead was in desperate need of cleaning. Water wouldn't stream through most of the setting. Breakfast was great with standard options for the hot breakfast offered. Waffles, scrambled eggs and turkey sausage. A nice little extra was the beverage bar in the main lobby available around the clock. It included water, tea and coffee. There was a business office with 2 nice computers, indoor spa and gym that were great little extras. Overall, as a frequent and picky traveler, the hotel was great and I would definately stay here again.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Arrived late night, staff was awesome, checked me in with ease, offered late checkout without me even asking. Location is extremely clean and well kept. Room on 3rd floor had huge high ceilings. Pool open 24 hours. Breakfast was great. Great place!

The facilities at the Hampton are of high quality. Staff service is always very courteous and professional. The swimming pool and hot tub are superb! I love this place.

The room was furnished nicely and the front desk was helpful and friendly. The hotel seems like new. I loved the front lobby, it really has a homey feel to it and the breakfast was great. The only downside was the room seemed really small.

Great place to stay. Rooms are clean and rates are very reasonable for the type of room you get. Service is fantastic. It is very close to food and shops. In the morning they serve a very good hot breakfast.

The room was very nice and clean. The pool was great for our grandkids. It is nice that everything is open 24 hrs. Including the pool. The breakfast that was included is very good. Not just the typical. Very nice stay! Thank you.
