The room was amazing. Enough room for my six member family. Excellent breakfast options. The staff was extremely nice and great with my children. We are staying here again on our way back home.

Stayed here in Provo at the Holiday Inn. My husband and I bought food but didn't think to buy silverware. Chase at the front desk was super helpful and found me some. It's nice to have friendly people who go the extra mile. Thanks Chase for all your help.

I work with a continuing education program and we use the hotel for visiting students a few times a year. So far, our experience has been great! The students have only had good things to say about the quality of the rooms, the breakfast options, and the check-in process. I also stayed there a couple times during these classes and agree with all the positive feedback we've received from our students! It's a great hotel.

Only hotel in the area that we have found that has 2 queen beds in a handicap accessible room. The staff is amazing and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

I was traveling to Yellowstone. Nice spacious rooms, right next to gas station and highway 15! Excellent experience.

Hotel was great right off the interstate easy to get to. Room was clean, with a great walk in shower. Definitely staying next time I'm in town.

This place is awesome! We ended up here after a bad experience at a cheaper hotel. The breakfast is awesome! They even have high chairs. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and the beds comfy. I have no complaints.

Old smelly and confusing layout. The signs were not helpful. The elevator smelled like natural gas. The breakfast was awful. No tongs to serve food. Pancake maker was broken. Items weren't marked. Most food items were out by 8 am. Coffee tasted very watered down. No newspaper.

Very comfy and clean! It's located​in a great area with mountain views from all rooms and many surrounding restaurants. Friendly Staff!! Had everything and anything you could ask for..

Absolutely perfect, except for the leaf-blowing outside the window at 9:30am. Also, was waked up by the vacuum cleaner in the room above, as the room was being cleaned. Still, am giving it 5 stars because it was perfectly clean, beds super comfy, good air conditioning unit, great breakfast and friendly staff. Room included Keurig coffee, refrigerator, microwave and nice TV. On a cross-country road trip from Georgia to Washington state, and so far this has been my favorite hotel. Just wish we could have slept a little longer before hitting the road again

The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Upon arrival, we found that our rooms were clean and everything was in place. The AC unit also worked really well, making for a great stay.
The only negative aspect was that our room only had a shower; no tub.response / report this review -

Stayed on 4/12/17 Chelsea and Mario were seriously so kind and generous! The hotel was beautiful. I highly recommend staying here. :) Thanks for the awesome service!! Give the kids a raise.

The stay was quite comforrable. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very courteous and very helpful. Breakfast was hot and the area was nice and close to food and shopping. It was a very nice experience. I would love to stay here again.
